You want gameplay now for a likely fall 2025 game? Why? So you can trash how last gen it looks?
You generally get gameplay for games 6-12 months out tops from most studio's. Otherwise they look like shit or are "in engine" ie not the game.

There are clearly sections of that footage which won't be reatime so my guess is in engine for those sections. Also unlikely with a game that is probably 2-3 years out to be anywhere near polished graphically (especially frame rate)
This is as in-game as the Uncharted 4 reveal in my opinion (again, in-engine)

Its Playground games, they always deliver when it comes to graphics. Everything you see in the trailer is in-game, people are in disbelief because of how polished it looks in terms of models and animation, the camera work is also excellent. There are plenty of moments in the trailer that indicate how the game could possibly play as well. Like when the MC throws the fireball. It's all in-game. Be amazed. It's beautiful.
