I honestly just found out some girl I like has an only fans and I took a peek at it. it's weird to say I've never spent money on such a thing because it's not 100% true because I've spent money on porn in my life which isn't much different. Unless it is and I just don't understand what an only fans is. I'm kind of obsessed with this girl so I'll probably purposely stay away from it because if I like a woman then she must be in entirely mine and that is not going to happen so I must not put myself through this pain and misery. I don't at all understand the ally stuff, I'm sure they make plenty of money without these soy beta males helping them.

If Acadia has an only fan she better be linking me to that. a girl with a personality and brains I could totally see myself becoming a sucker for on one of those only fans accounts. Assuming I understand what they even are. Then again I don't know maybe my imagination is just good enough. Maybe one day I'll meet a real life Acadia? Could a man be so lucky though.

Anyways in an update on my stupid life I just did a nuclear stress test well technically I'm still in the process of it but the part that scared me which is where they inject this thing in you that makes your heart believe you've been exercising that was pretty messed up. I got chest pains jaw pain headache arm pain I'm pretty sure all the things you're supposed to feel when you have a heart attack apparently that's completely normal when you've given this stupid drug. Then they have me wait in a room and eat crackers and drink soda for about an hour to an hour and a half and then they do a scan on me and then I have to wait until December 4th to find out if I'm a okay. Tho I guess if there was anything seriously wrong they would contact me sooner.

If you're wondering why I'm having such a test done, it's because I deal with occasional chest pains and have been for years. Back like 3 years ago they had me do the treadmill stress test and they didn't find anything wrong but were 3 years later and I still occasionally get them and they never found out what's causing them so now they want to do this which is apparently far more accurate so they'll be a lot more sure whatever my problem is either is or isn't heart related. I've come to the conclusion that it's more of a stomach issue of some kind like gerd or something. But my doctor insisted I do this first because if there's something wrong with my heart that's far more urgent than a stomach issue. And this took months to get set up because of the pandemic. So after I'm finally done with all of this I have to get my stomach looked into.

but they also told me there's another possibility which is that my pains are because a muscle is caught between my ribs on the left side. They said if that happens to someone there's basically nothing they can do besides prescribe you pain relievers if the pain gets too bad. For me the pain isn't all the time and when it does show up I wouldn't call it unbearable or anything it's more just scary because you don't really want to have pains like that in that area. so hopefully that's all it is the problem with that issue is that they said there's no way to find out you're having that issue besides to eliminate everything else it could possibly be. like there isn't an x-ray that will show them that is what's happening or something there's really no way to know.

so being that I am riddled with things like anxiety depression and hypochondria I can't stop thinking about the side effects I got from the stupid thing they gave me earlier. They insisted those are common side effects and that I shouldn't be worried but I'm not the kind of person who lets things like that get in the way of being worried.

Oh by the way you guys can let me know how you feel about the new Avatar. I was getting slightly annoyed that when people talk about other people having Halloween avatars I constantly got left out. Instead of correcting people about my avatar being for Halloween and that I should be included I decided to change it but not completely as this is simply another depiction of the same monster from the other Avatar. It is the haunter of the dark which is an HP Lovecraft creation. So I ask you metagaf which haunter of the dark did you prefer this one or the previous one?

Do you have any allergies?

Sounds like something similar I went through (except the drug/scan). Would have these awful crawling pains all over my body that felt like they started from the chest/lungs (difficult to breathe). This started from childhood and I could never predict when it would happen. There would be times when it would happen more often, including the last few years.

I would occasionally go to the doctor throughout this time and get answers like "I have no idea". One time I went in to check if I had allergies and mentioned this to the doctor and she said it could be "psychological", which was laughable. I'm not insane, the pain didn't seem to have an emotional pattern, just random.

Then I insisted we do tests. I did some breathing tests one year. Results came back normal. Pains kept coming. Came back years later again to fix the problem. This time, with more experience with the pain, it seemed more like it started around the stomach region and then travelled elsewhere. So we did stress tests on the heart into an ultrasound, then a gastrointestinal ultrasound. According to the docs, everything is normal. Bloodwork is normal. I continue to be baffled...

Then I go to do the breathing tests again a few years later. This time they said my lung capacity is strangely low for my size (even though my lungs were normal size). When the doctor looked at X-Rays of my lungs, he said that my sternum was concave and touching the lungs, which most people don't have. Though he couldn't say if that had anything to do with anything. Inflammation causing the muscles to expand and put pressure on the lungs / organs was mentioned as a possibility, but the reason for an inflammation was unclear. Best he could come up with is maybe, very unlikely, lupus. So we set up to do bloodwork for that.

I never did it... I was again tired of doing so many tests and not getting an actual answer. Well, I had planned to eventually do the tests for lupus, until....

This year's Passover. I had recently been getting the pains, but none showed up on Passover. Then after it was over, I ate some huge bread buns (probably too much yeast in them), and soon (within 24h), I got these awful pains again, and I had a eureka moment-

Flashback to my appointment with the allergist all those years ago who said it might be "psychological". She told me I have a "slight allergy to mold."

Yeast is similar to mold. On Passover, we're not allowed to eat products with yeast. After, I ate a very yeasty bread, and BOOM. It all fell into place. That's where the inflammation comes from.

I haven't been back to the doctor's with this self-diagnosis, but it remains consistent. Not eating bread means I won't have the pains. Eating bread, pizza, etc., means I risk having them (I take the risk here and there and pay the price).

Definitely stay away from the OnlyFans girls, lol. For sure on meeting a real life awesome one. : ) And probably not half as irritable as me either, hahaha. I appreciate the kind words as well. It’s really nice to hear sometimes when life has been stressful.

I hope everything goes well with your tests. I somewhat understand the anxiety, as I’d be pretty keyed up too, and a lot of sympathy for basically having to act out a heart attack. It’s good to get this done and make sure, though. Just power through and make sure to treat yourself this weekend.
