I have to deal with severe Body dysmorphia around my stomach so I will never dare or feel comfortable swimming for instance. Fucked me up big time. What if a future GF wants to swim etc? Hey man, I got scars all over my body from various surgeries throughout my life. I get it man, won't take my shirt off around anyone as a result. My wife says it's not that bad, but every time I see myself in the mirror I literally feel ill and ashamed. As a result I try not to allow myself to be photographed very often, as I always feel I ruin all photos. I've got thousands of pics of my daughter and wife though, they're gorgeous and perfect.
For what it's worth, you're an extremely handsome guy, seriously. Get off gaf and go get a modeling contract or something lol.

I can relate. Always get in that workout but it also helps to know women aren't nearly as critical about body fat as we are.

The latter is true. In hindsight I think I "missed" a lot of contact with woman because I looked to "intimidated" (wrong word) so they didn't even try to approach me. So yeah good to know Its no biggie having some fat around your bones! -)

Could be on a gradient, but my experience is that abs are a waste of time.
Once I had a decent chest to waist ratio, I stopped and maintained that and focused more on texting and talking.
To your point about fucking large women - if the guy isn't legitimately into it, I think it's less about all guys instinctively having low standards and more about resigning themselves.
I've had some great lays but also some days where I've felt shitty as hell because I gave in knowing I've had much better.
