My feelings are fine thanks, and it's coming from a place of annoyance rather than anger.
Funny that, I don't need an online breakdown, I've held them all in hand, from 360 all the the way to One X. I expect hands-on experience trumps an online bullet point list?
Let's agree to disagree on the battery thing then. You think they give you an option and I think it's wasteful and it ruins the oh so praised ergonomics.
The DS4 improved the accelerometer and the gyro DS3, added the touchpad which was under-utilised in my opinion but helpful nonetheless (especially with pc gaming, touchpad controlled mouse), the hated light bar which enabled PSVR, the speaker (which provided some nice immersive experiences, e.g. in Transistor you would hear the sword talking through the controller speaker while the rest of the sound from TV), improved joysticks. I think that's a healthy list of improvements.
The DS5 I'm pretty sure you're well aware. Adaptive triggers, haptic feedback, improved speaker, microphone with noise cancellation.
Both controllers had features that just wipe the floor with the xbox controller. The Elite controller is one which holds it's ground for the immense customisation capabilities and it's a product I can respect.
