Its hard to say cause I don't know what their plans are for the IP. Maybe they have phases planned and Atreus is much different as adult or finding himself for all we know Sony Santa Monica might be laying the ground work for another team to take over the IP and they move to something else, like a trilogy with Atreus trying to live up to his father or something, its hard to say.
its not like we won't get games with him, for all we know they have Bluepoint remake God Of War 1 and 2 or something. He call have his own adventures in Valhalla, so cause how that IP is, its really, really hard to tell how they'd do that as death is kinda the beginning of lots of this IP vs end.

Yeah it’ll suck but I’m mostly in it for the gameplay so in this case I’m okay getting spoiled. And I have plenty of ideas myself how they can implement the myths into the IP. I think they’ll do it like they did with Loki, similar death as the myth but not done the same way and for the same reason, it’ll be fun to see how they do it.
It’ll absolutely come to PC but prepare to wait for it. If I would guess we’ll get a PS+ Extra/Premium release in late 2023 and a definitive edition PC release in 2024.

I’ve played over 250 hours of Elden Ring so far, for me it’ll be GOTY unless Nintendo stealth release a AAA UE5 Super Metroid remake or something like that. But going by the Ragnarök trailer and my own hype and others and how lots of Souls fans don’t even like Elden Ring I think Ragnarök will be a much less divisive game and therefore more likely to win at TGA.
Remember that God of War is pretty much the perfect trailer game, there are so many huge dramatic moments to play on and hype.
