Nah, MS are killing it on sales judging from metrics we can gauge on Steam and they offer stuff that appeal to PC gamers. Like Racing, survival/crafting/open world.
However, there are games in Sony's arsenal waiting for release that'll steal MS's lunch money. Not only titles like Bloodborne, but upcoming Sony first party GaaS offerings developed to appeal to the PC crowd.

That might keep him up at night.

One party managed to get 2 games and year ps+, while the other party got huge library of games and Xbox live 1 year for 180$.

Which has better value for consumers, tell me?

There is no system in place to allow that, outside of just giving away steam codes.. which people could sell.. and isn't really a great suggestion.

Valve appears to be working on a system though; based on some Steam update leaks from last year... but we haven't seen anything yet, or whether MS would tie into it.

Well he's right. With Play Anywhere and Smart Delivery you do buy the game once and play it on whatever playform that has Windows on it. I skipped PS4/XB1 gen, but some of their games I bought on PC during that time are now available on my XSX, with all the progression and save games. Just like that. Sony did nothing for me as a PC gamer, and even tho they have recently started porting their games to PC, it's not as user friendly, to say the least. But I understand that Sony wants to have as much people as possible on PS5 first and foremost, and the EGS/Steam releases are rather targeted towards people who wouldn't get the console anyway, but thean again, with such strategy they'll never convice PC gamers into their console.
