Both of those games launch day and date on PS4 as well. So I don’t see how that impresses you other than this post being FUD.
There's nothing wrong with me wanting to experience it on next gen with Ray tracing? I never stated it being cross gen was an issue, you did.

You keep making up this weird narrative. This isn't that deep.

The accent and gears tactics look pretty good tbh the rest kinda look like random mobile games.
I don't think the cross fire x single player looks like any mobile game I have seen.

That is a nice diverse list of new games coming to console, no remaster/DLC's.

I really I am happy that the launch line up isn't stacked with 1st party titles. CP2077 is literally launching 7 days after the consoles launch and it will obliterate everything in its way sales wise and game time wise. This is the ultimate launch title no matter what console you're playing on, every thing else is secondary to it.

And lets not forget almost all of these games are going to be on GamePass day 1. Anyone that wants to play games will be overwhelmed by the amount of new content available.

You can spend $130+ on a remaster and DLC, which you might spend 35 hours on if you don't quit DS at the first boss or you can have access to Xbox's launch line up plus more upcoming games for over 8 months. If anyone thinks PS5 is the better option, they must be out of their mind.

Xbox got you covered with so many games you won't be able to cope with it.

It is sparse. The Medium is interesting but nothing I'll buy a next-gen console for. And it feels weird to see an Xbox launch without a new racing game.

It warms my heart to see so many Xbox fans here excited about the launch titles. Good to see you guys elevate the discourse. Just a quick question. When have launch titles represented the best of what a platform offers?
NES, SNES and N64.

They don't and I never said they did?

Then how important are launch titles when you know much better games are coming out later? This is the reason why MS is putting all that effort into their back compat titles. There are new games sure AND there are updates for older games you may or may not have played. I don't see the problem.

NES, SNES and N64.

I can agree with N64 with Mario 64 but Nintendo and SNES? No way.

Neither does Sony. Spiderman and a Demon Souls that is not made by FromSoft aren't exactly system sellers.
What launch titles have had real "system sellers" in recent memory, by these two console manufacturers specifically? Since the PS2/Xbox era? Spider-Man and Demon's Souls certainly are system sellers in comparison.

And let's not act like a non-FromSoft Demon's Souls is that big of a difference, it'll likely play the exact same.

I can see all the 1st time Soul players breaking their ps5's in frustration. They have no clue what kind of pain they've signed up for.

...........and I can play both games on existing systems.

They could have 109 games like that at launch and I wouldn't be interested. Even at $300 XSX. Where's all the Microsoft big IPs they're just sitting on like Crimson Skies or Mechassault? Seems to me they just love losing every generation.

Man, both consoles have probably the worst launch lineups in their respective histories. Maybe Sony and Microsoft should've waited with the launch...

Medium is the only thing that interests me out of the bunch.

Don’t know if I should jump in on day one or not.
