4 -6 times the size of SSO is just too big. A smallish world with lots of verticality like SSO would have been much more preferable, that way they could fill it with lots of interesting stuff.
:OGiant Bomb stream last night said they said it was the entire Manhattan.

You can see the marvel money behind the production values.
Its Spider-man you need alot of room to swing and a big play ground.4 -6 times the size of SSO is just too big. A smallish world with lots of verticality like SSO would have been much more preferable, that way they could fill it with lots of interesting stuff.
1994, more likely. For reference, I was born in 1995 & I turn 22 next Monday.Spider-Man was born in 1995

Yooooo! I hope that's the case.Giant Bomb stream last night said they said it was the entire Manhattan.
So I'm not exactly calling this the Spider-Man E3 info thread since, well, there's presumably a lot that isn't covered here, but I noticed a few things in interviews.
Peter Parker Pizza delivery mini game.
Wow. They even took the time to animate the wind rippling through the suit. That's nuts.

Do we know what engine this is using ? Unreal 4 ? Decima ? proprietary ?
We redid the whole engine from scratch for Fuse. That engine was used for Sunset Overdrive, Ratchet & Clank, our VR games, and now this
It's got that basic ass American comedy color grading though. Like the MCU - a bit lacking in style. Just normal daytime American movie look, but maybe it changes up

On-topic, hopefully we'll get to play as both Peter & Miles.
But what if he isnt?
But Wilson Fisk IS Kingpin?

pretty sure you're seeing Sony money, not Marvel. if Marvel is paying for their Marvel games, then MvC Infinite wouldn't look the way it does.

[*]For the most neurotic fans, Insomniac assures that the white Spider-Man symbol is meaningful and has a purpose that's explained in game.
They gotta have Queens in there, right?

I don't care if the white stuff on the costume serves a purpose I want it gone. Not a fan of shoehorning Miles in either. Peter segments could be interesting if this is married Peter otherwise I don't give a damn.
Thank goodness. Intihar is a good people, I have faith in this Spidey team.

SSO is 2x Crackdown and 1/8x Just Cause 2.
Game of the show!
I'd love thatIt would be nice if, perhaps as a DLC mode later down the line, they announced a co-op mode where Peter and Miles can explore the city and do missions together.
http://kotaku.com/the-new-spider-man-game-wont-let-you-kill-anybody-179610103There also won't be an annoying-as-fuck balloon kid in this one. Thank god.
