Usually it's because they got a wake-up call but then it's too late. Hopefully not in this case he looks pretty healthy to me.
It's genetics, I'm not specialist but from reading tons of informations and knowledge it doesn't matter where you train or how much you raise your metabolism from lifting weight if you eat bad stuff, like what the Rock usually eat 2 double size pepperoni pizza, that's just wrong, if losing weight make some people eat bad stuff then it's all wasted, what you eat is more important than your BMI, lifestyle, etc...

There are several similar brands, like Ozempic, Wegovy, Saxenda. I'm on Saxenda (ironically the most pricey one, but less effective than the other two) right now because where I am Ozempic is more or less reserved for diabetics, and Wegowy is completely sold out (yeah, it's very trendy here now). I'm not overly obese though so I'm only using it as a kickstarter for getting into a healthier lifestyle. Anyway, no wonder why people lose weight, because the side effects are quite noticeable...

The side effects now are pretty brutal. My dad went on that shit and he pukes all the time. But he also no longer has diabetes so it's a net win.
