if he doesn’t own stock in them, he can report what ever he hearsAre these private entities he's talking about?
Because if he somehow knows about publicly traded ones then that might be a problem.
I'm reworking my Find A Word website right now...Amico might be interested.Wordle was already sold, what else can there be?!

I don't think anyone is buying any of those Japanese studiosMy prediction:
Sony gets: Square, Capcom, FromSoft, Remedy & Supermassive Games
MS gets: WB Games, Ubisoft, Sega, IOI, Crytek & Asobo Studios
Nintendo: Don't care they doing they own thing lol
We are past the point of that already anything can happen nothing is off the tables anymore MS and Sony are all in full acquisition mode they trying to get everyone so that Facebook, Amazon & Google don't try and come inI don't think anyone is buying any of those Japanese studios
This. I'm starting to feel pissed about people thinking this deals start and finish in the same day. We've known this since before the start of this gen.
These acquisitions are not done over night. Interesting to see who will buy what in the coming months/years.
How?While I doubt this will happen given the valuation and the owner's comments, I think CDPR wold be another good targetted pick up for Sony.
I remember there is japan law that limit foreign company to buy japanese company. Especially with tech company. We are past the point of that already anything can happen nothing is off the tables anymore MS and Sony are all in full acquisition mode they trying to get everyone so that Facebook, Amazon & Google don't try and come in
Jeff Bezos won't like Capcom. All of Capcoms characters have hair.Watch it be something horrendous like Amazon buying Capcom.
Jim Ryan says no to Yamates. No one mentioned this yet but i can totally see Sony aquiring Arcsys, not too expansive while they'll add a huge value to playstation studios.
And why is consolidation bad?Remember when some were saying "Gamepass is bad and it will bite everyone in the ass later?"
No it was only sony fans saying it was bad. Couldn't be further from the truth in saying that.Remember when some were saying "Gamepass is bad and it will bite everyone in the ass later?"
At least it would end console warz, and people could war over actual games instead of sales, FPS and resolution. One step closer to a one console future and whatever Nintendo offers..
And why is consolidation bad?
Is it that hard to understand the "straight to gamepass MS releases" like Battletoads? No it was only sony fans saying it was bad. Couldn't be further from the truth in saying that.
If the entire Warner Bros is being sold (and not just the videogame division), I can see Netflix or Apple buying it to get more content and licenses. Also it might not be just WB games that is up for sale. All of warner bros:
New report suggests Warner Bros might be heading for sale
As it de-merges from AT&T, the latest suggestion is that Warner Bros may be the next Hollywood studio to go up for sale.www.filmstories.co.uk
This would be something that Nobody would expect.
imagine Microsoft what will buy!Meanwhile all Sony's numbers are up to some record numbers for this year: Sony raises annual operating profit forecast to $10.5bn
All in all, the company wasn't this healthy since at least 20 years ago.
This next year it will be fun.
Sony's latest studio acquisitions:
June 2021 - Housemarque
July 2021 - Nixees (ports)
September 2021 - Firesprite
September 2021 - Fabrik Games (support studio. added to Firesprite)
September 2021 - Bluepoint (remasters experts)
December 2021 - Valkyrie Entertainment (support studio)
January 2022 - Bungie
Basically we got 7 acquisitions in 7 months. It's safe to say 2022 will be bigger than this.
If they buy something it won't be anything big for now. The FTC is already onto them after the Activision acquisition...and those things can take a while.imagine Microsoft what will buy!
In reality FTC will probably accellerata the thingsIf they buy something it won't be anything big for now. The FTC is already onto them after the Activision acquisition...and those things can take a while.
They wouldn't acquire something big while this huge merger is happening i think.
