Thinks buying more servers can fix a bad patch
The PS5 remake will no doubt include the vast amount of next gen improvements:
  • Instant load time
  • Ray-tracing
  • 4k60fps
  • Higher texture resolution
  • Better 3D models
  • Better lightings & shadows
  • Better visual effects
  • DualSense Haptic Feedback
  • DualSense Adaptive Triggers support
  • DualSense gyroscope support
  • 3D Audio
  • More accessibility options
  • Bug fixes
Assuming it cost $70.

Personally I can’t wait.

It won’t be a remake. It’s going to be a Director’s Cut like Tsushima and Stranding.

But honestly, please stop buying this game, people. It’s the blandest and most generic of all of Sony big games. #stopthisnow Otherwise, we’ll be getting enhanced versions of Horizon games forever. Also, I thought OP didn’t have a PS5. Is this another one of his bait threads?

Probably not. I have a ps4 copy I haven’t played yet, but I’ll probably just play that and move on to the new one

I got it as a gift recently. If you want I can post proof.

No interest. Its an okay game, but one that I have no desire to go back to ever again, like most bloated open world games. I prefer games with neatly crafted levels with unique assets and encounters, rather than big mostly empty maps with icons to complete.

Also, it already has a 60fps patch. It doesn't need a remake, whereas there's still plenty more unsupported Sony exclusives that have no such treatment that could really benefit from a remake.

Hard no. With tlou 1 remaster, the entire game was kinda looking its age. In gameplay npc were rough, textures were dated. It really did look and play like a ps3 game. The remake brought it up to next gen standard even if they should have touched on the gameplay aspect a bit more. Also the fact I love Joel and Ellie way more than Aloy.

Not even a mention of ray tracing too from the improvements listed. Godayum sony.

I will but not at full price since I already finished the game multiple times. If they offer a 10€ upgrade patch then I'll jump in sooner.

I already got the Platinum and 100% on the DLC.

I'm not mad at a better introduction for people new to HZD. It seems Sony have big plans for the franchise.

The game does NOT need better graphics or a remake.

If you desire 60FPS so much, go play it on PC.

No way it's a full remake. You can't remake a game that isn't old. This better be a PS5 version with a 10$ price tag, and I'm still not going to buy it cause I played the game at release.

No. I could see the value in TLOU, but this one is bonkers. H:ZD is also free on PS+, is on a readily accessible platform and still looks brilliant.

4K60?

How many AAA games have had this?

But anyway hell no! The game already looks good and runs at 60 on PS5 so this makes no sense apart from Sony wanting to sell yet another remake for £70

I'll probably just wait until it comes to PS+ in a few years, by then I'd be ready for another playthrough.
