The game count is embarrassingly small compared to the PlayStation game count people will be playing via emulators on their XsS/X. And the lack of disc support - even to transfer via the PC App - is so tight fisted and mean, but at least Tekken 2 is there day 1.

When I'm playing Tekken 2 on Dualsense I'll probably forget how lacking the BC is on PS5, better start than expected though, but thousands of games and disc support still to go.

They explicitly state the full list will be released when it opens in your region.

There will be well over 700 like PSNow has currently.

PS3 (60gb) remains the best console for PS1, PS2, and PS3 games.

I thought it was going to be 100% streaming, so that's pretty great they actually delivered this through emulation for PS1/2/P.

PS3 as streaming was the obvious solution though. Makes the console still worth owning.

I was actually one of the first 11 that voted yes, that is why I did the laughing gif when I saw the results after.

I felt that had to at the very least, match MS and not Nintendo.

Sony matched Sony in all the cases where they could do it without going too expensive including previous gen hardware on it. They expanded the crossbuy they had for PS1 and PSP games on PSP, Vita and PS3 to include PS4 and PS5.

I mean...there's rumors they will allow us to buy those games as well separately. I've seen that somewhere.

If that's true i'm not even sure if it's legal to sell the same product twice to the same people...with the same account. Has that ever happened?

But then again...if they are new SKUs (which i'm sure they will) they will probably get away with it. I still have access to my old PS3 history and everything i bought back then so...i'm sure they could do it.

Sometimes I'm not 100% dumb apparently.

But I don't trust anything until I see it with my own eyes. Doesn't matter if it is Sony, Microsoft or Nintendo.
