[4chan] Uncharted Collection: Coming to PC - Steam / Epic Games Store

I think 3 is underrated because of the ending and coming after 2 but it has great set pieces and story.

I agree with the rest, UC4 was the moment I realized I wasn’t into this type of ultra-linear gameplay anymore (also I disliked heavily the story and characters, which doesn’t help).
I agree uncharted 3 was a good game but I felt like sony rushed the game cuz they wanted to release it in the holiday season
And I wish naughty dog explained talbot supernatural mind power
Dude was very weird and he can disappears in 4 seconds
I heard that he had these abilities cuz he was supposed to be jinn or something
But naughty dog scrapped all the supernatural stuff from uc3 cuz at that time the fans hated that stuff so they removed all the supernatural stuff but for some unknown reasons they kept
Talbot powers in the game without any lore or explanations 🤔

Uncharted 4 was great game imo 😁
I don't know why some people hated it
I loved the pirate theme in the game
And nate sully and Elena were all great
Even Sam was great too

News doesn’t do much for PlayStation fans but the best way is to play 1-4 straight up. Exploring Madagascar and learning about pirates is awesome.

Also there's a little bit of anxiety of where the series is going.

Because they make there money with hardware and software sales, unlike sony. No reason to keep people on there platform when they are the market leader on that department already anyway.

Pretty sure TLOU is playable on PC through emulation.

If you read carefully, you might notice we were talking about PS exclusives being brought to the PC.

Most of there ip's are already playable on PC ( uncharted 1-3 ). PS3 emulation is real and PS4 emulation will probably be here sooner rather then later also. Its smart to cash in on it now.

there is a PC crowd that won't jump onto consoles no matter what, and vice versa, there are people who will never give up the comfy couch experience
Exactly. People need to stop worry so much, it’s two completely different markets. And Sony has obviously done the math after HZD and Day’s Gone and seen that it’ll increase the sales numbers.
Then there are those of us who are double dipping too, first we buy the game on Playstation and then we buy the PC version later to get better graphics and performance. This can even happen with MS exclusives since some only use Steam and Play Anywhere isn’t on Steam.

I thought they were all great. I never understood the 2>all crowd. Personally, I enjoyed 3 & TLL the most, but they were all fairly comparable imho.

Haven’t played LL but yeah I think they’re all great. The conclusion in 4 is legendary, possibly the best end to a long serie ever in gaming.

Also so that when Jimbo decides to nuke another store we have someplace reliable to get our games.

PC and console can both exist without cannibalizing each other sales. The last 30 years is proof of that.

Not surprised. If anything, Sony should start porting their games to PC sooner rather than later. It's basically free money for them at this point.

The image is all kinds of sketchy, and being from 4Chan doesn't help.

But it's all coming to PC anyway, since their investor call confirmation of UC4 being the next one to go to PC.

But, releasing an entire collection? Sony must be absolutely stupid to give them all in one single collection.

Release the SAME PS4 Uncharted: Nathan Drake Collection, with unlocked framerates, resolutions, with ultrawide support, just like Horizon and Days Gone, and charge $60 for it, because it's 3 games. The same day, give the Playstation (4 & 5) owners a copy of the same Nathan Drake Collection for FREE of cost. It was already given away during the "stay at home due to COVID" event by Sony, where the majority PS account holders have claimed it. Do it now, to to please the PS crowd and gain positive PR brownie points. Do PS5 upgrades using the updated BC solution that is currently active for all devs for their PS4 titles. Framerates upto 120 if possible.

Do the SAME stuff with UC4, but with the LL DLC combined in one package and sell it for $60 or $50 like Horizon Complete Edition when it came to PC. Give away UC + LL to ALL Playstation (4 & 5) owners right when releasing the PC version on Steam/EGS. It's already free in the PS+ collection for PS5 owners anyway. Do the PS5 upgrades as above.

Gain positive PR for free.

I'll gladly triple dip if so. I loved the first 3 Uncharteds, and lost legacy was a fun little side project. 4 wasn't my cup of tea due to pacing issues and removal of supernatural elements that made the first games feel like playable Indiana Jones movies. Still, IF this is true, this is really awesome to have the entire collection permanently backwards compatible and accessible at any time. 60FPS is gonna be rad too.

Besides, do you really think PlayStation users will mind these games releasing on PC?
They will, and already have in the past, although not everyone of course. Some people will feel like betrayed by Sony and their FYIGM mentality really kicks in and it's like you personally came into their house, yanked the game out of their hands and the joy out of their existence. Yes, it's really that crazy.

I've literally read comments like "why did I even support XYZ?" "why do I even invest in console X?" "Company X will release their games not exclusively anymore and I think this is shit!".

Guys, are you actually believing on a collection called "Uncharted: The Naughty Dog PC Collection"?

Please .. if thats not enough: 4chan

I seriously doubt they'll be all bundled like that.

And that poster or whatever it is.

THE NAUGHTY DOG PC
COLLECTION

That PC is so awkward lol.. as is the giant cutout w/ the Steam / EGS logos.

(serious doubt at the very least)
Given they made such a bad protagonist in TLoU2 then it doesn't really feel that far fetched with the originality.

Ask me about my Stream Deck
Any chance this means we will get a PS5 version/patch, or is it just a port of the current PS4 versions?

wtf. Do you really think that third party emulation means that Sony is releasing games on PC?

Yup.

I guess the concern comes from last gen when some loud PS fans claimed that there was no reason to own a Xbox since they had a PC. Then they’re thinking everybody think like them and are now worried that people will think that there is no reason to own a PS now if games are coming to PC.

It’s a failed thought of course.

Just for fun I added up all my PC hardware costs. All of it. I advice everyone with more than a budget build to do the same, a build that can actually run Sony’s PC releases in a proper way.

In my case it turns out that my PC costs since 2014 was 2x my total cost for all my consoles since 2014…

While this isn’t the norm I doubt that PC gaming will ever fully compete with consoles simply because of the higher cost. Even if Steam Deck would become a huge success and Valve started rebooting Steam Box it’s never going to be as big as consoles.

Not when steam deck and steam consoles are around the corner, wonder if sony is going to keep releasing on steam after the cheap steam consoles start coming out, lets see what happens, when they are fighting the same living room console space, it will be intresting to watch.

Fake.

If it was the first 3 ones, which by the way are hard to emulate because of PS3, I would believe it, but the 3 first one and 4/Legacy in the same package.

Sorry folks, but I'm calling huge fake.
