Maybe because it was not a big sales success compared with others PS games so they need to get the money back for that game first.

Seems like the strategy is to get the PC sales and make the PC players that liked the game buy a PS5 for the sequel.

I don't see how anyone can be offended at ports of games that have come and gone. If it was dual release then I imagine certain fans would have an issue with it. But if people on PC get to play games that were popular a couple of years ago and that money goes back to Sony then everyone wins I guess.

I have a PC. The value of a PS goes down to me if I can reasonably assume it’ll come to PC looking and running better. Why buy a PS5 if I can just spend that on a platform with more games or a Nintendo who stubbornly refuses to launch games elsewhere.

As someone that's primarily on PlayStation (my PC is too old and parts are too expensive with no supply to upgrade at the moment) I wouldn't mind at all for PlayStation Exclusives going to PC or any other platform for that matter. I hope more people can experience some of these exclusives and support the good devs.

Consoles will always have a place, price to performance, game optimization and ease of use is all you need.

We don't know if a sequel is coming. Perhaps after From is done with Elden Ring? I think they'd be leaving money on the table not to; the game still has a pretty hardcore following.

I wonder if there is an offsetting amount of folks that considered a PS5 but are also PC gamers. They might take that PS5 money and invest in a video card. That’s where I’m leaning now. I’ve got enough systems retro and more recent and a PC. Sony kind of telling me no rush. We’ll remaster and rerelease stuff. Maybe demon souls remake will come to PC.

I have already bought 2 PS5's despite the supply situation, I am one of the most hardcore PS fans and buy their exclusives as CE's on launch without fail..... this is insulting to me and I won't be supporting launches anymore.

First one I wont support is Returnal.... NO BUY!
