Do not be silly man, when I upload a video to YT it can either:-

1) Work without issue fast and process
2) Take over 24hrs to get fully process
3) Get stuck in a permanent "processing" blackhole

Here 3 happened, I had to upload and this is the very first Next Gen capture for consoles and the outputs are very different.

As such this was NOT a graphical comparison but a performance one, I even stated Fast look. I have one I started last night that will cover the graphics and I am getting the best settings for each console so they are all in their Sunday best.



This is my point, the HDR>SDR is very different on SX and I have to adjust for it, I had time to sort my PS5 capture out, I have only had the SX for a day. This was not a graphics comparison but a performance one only.

Time of Day also makes these games harder to line up and the random nature of everything including cutscene locations etc.

If you find some time, could you please analyze some PSVR games on the PS5? Blood and Truth got a patch and Dreams seams to be improved in both resolution and performance.

Yes, Sony did not market or tout “32-bit” for the PS1, because once it was released they began plans for PS2. Then, oh then, lol, they skipped quantifiable measures like “bits”, and went straight into complete and udder Sony named marketing BS. Remember PS2’s “Emotion Engine”, yeah, it was weaker than both the Nintendo Gamecube and MS OG Xbox. Then we move to the PS3’s “Reality Synthesizer” (LMAO), again, weaker than the 360’s GPU. We are now staring at “Tempest”, the otherworldly 3D ray traced sound, except, you can’t tell a fucking difference at all between the PS5 and XsX (I’m fortunate enough to have both).

Fanboys need a life. It’s completely strange if you are a gamer to not just like games, period. If y ok enjoy PS, excellent! Sony makes great consoles and games! If you can’t own both due to financial reasons, that’s completely understandable too. I get that part of the hoopla is because of certain posters claiming there'd be a gap in performance on XSX's side but honestly who cares. I don't think PS5 is punching above its weight. Didn't Capcom have issues even running RE8 on PS5 according to some leaks? That gave me the impression Xbox was ahead. I don't know whats true, both could be behind.

PS5 is custom built. Its like saying that iMac is weaksauce if you look at specsheet but outperforms a Windows notebook. The difference won't be huge but I don't think you're going to see a 20% more powerful performance on Xbox just because its GPU is 20% more powerful.

I agree, PS5 isn't 'punching above its weight', it's performing as it should and of course it's highly customized. But XSX's GPU isn't '20% more powerful', this statement is objectively false. PS5's GPU isn't 'weaker'.

Funny thing, i.e. I'm literally playing Dark Souls III on ps ps4 right now. And yes, for me a "wanker" is defined by someone who fuels fanboy wars & gains notoriety from them.

Capturing footage in less than optimal conditions just to get the video out there online as quickly as possible is pretty funny stuff, and it worked.
