Respectfully disagree. Reasons and pics at the link.

Bonus, best dipping sauces:
Chicken_Nuggets_sauce_sidebar_20.jpg

1. Pure Honey (McDonald's): There's nothing better to cut through the saltiness of a nugget.

2. Sweet Heat (Popeyes): The hottest "sweet" sauce I've sampled at a fast-food outlet. Finishes with a gorgeously bitter olive note.

3 (tie). Ranch (Popeyes): The creamiest and tangiest of the ranch dressings.

3 (tie). Ranch (Chick-Fil-A): Perhaps a touch thicker than Popeye's ranch, with distinct garlic and onion overtones that recall the classic Doritos chip.

4. Nacho Cheese (White Castle): Thick, melty, nacho cheese; it would've ranked higher if there was a heat element.

5. Tartar Sauce (Popeyes): Creamy white sauce with an assertive punch of dill.

6. Buffalo Sauce (Chick-Fil-A): More acidic and spicy than the McDonald's Buffalo sauce, and closer to the New York original that goes on wings.

7. Mardi Gras Mustard (Popeye's): The only fast food mustard sauce I know of that actually tastes like mustard.

8. Sriracha (Wendy's): Bit of an unwelcome sour note up front, but the heat becomes intense as you continue to dip.

*McDonald's Sweet and Sour and Chick-Fil-A's nugget sauce didn't make the list after it was determined they weren't good enough to recommend at all.

Put tartar sauce on a chicken nugget, if old.

I have never, in the 26 years I have walked this earth, thought that McNuggets were any good.

They are terrible, and they have always been terrible.

Burger King nuggets only get a pass because they're still $2 for 10 here (NS, Canada).

Damn, I might have to try Wendy's nuggets if they think they top Chic-fil-a. However there is no universe in which McD's are better. None.

I don't usually make 'this list is wrong' type comments, but this list is fucking wrong.

Chickfila nuggets are the only ones that taste like real chicken. Nothing else on that list is even in the same league.

I haven't eaten at all of those places before but I know there's no way in hell there's any way McDonald's can take 2nd on this list. Their nuggets are straight trash.

I only eat fast food maybe twice a year, and even I know that putting McNuggets above Chick-Fil-A is straight up click-bait nonsense.

Shit, Chick-Fil-A nuggets are one of the very few fast food options I'd consider close to palatable.

The past couple times I got Wendy's nuggets, they tasted stale and awful. I don't remember them being bad, so I'm gonna blame that specific location.

I should get around to trying some Chick-Fil-A nuggets, but McDonald's nuggets are top tier for me right now.

When they're fresh, which is an admittedly rare occurrence, I do think McNuggets hold their own, as far as breaded chicken paste goes.

But they're not better than CFA. Get out of here with that.

Gonna assume for this list they got everything fresh and not under normal serving conditions. Mcnuggests at mcdonalds are easy to have sitting in a heater for a long time on a slow day.

Agreed, the list is....strangely, wrong. Very wrong.

Wendy's dropped the spicy nuggets in the South, I don't know what's up with that, probably a franchise thing.

Wendy's nuggets are good, but what the hell is Burger King even doing on that list? Their nuggets taste like they were made from chickens that were drowned in a vat of bathroom cleaning chemicals.

Chick Fil A is probably the only damn place on the list that uses whole, real chicken. It is worlds above the rest.

CFA is overrated as fuck. Their breading is straight sugar, even on their spicy chicken sandwich... shit is nasty. We have a chain around here called PDQ that blows them out of the water all day every day.

McDonald's McNuggets are on their 4th or 5th recipe and it's the best one they've ever had. When they're fresh they are my favorite, but if they're soggy it's real bad.

CFA has nuggets that are chunks of real chicken. That automatically puts them at number one in my book, as good as Wendy's and McDonald's nuggets taste.

I mean Wendy's spicy nuggets are pretty tasty but not really top of the list tasty. McD's being at no 2 further clarifies that this list is actually a joke.

This list has pissed me off so much that I'm going to go across the street and get some CFA nuggets right now. Fuck it.

Burger King has 10 nuggets for $2 right now in Canada. $4 for twenty and they were pretty damned good.

I wish I could stomach them because on sale they're insanely cheap. I just can't get past the breading - they taste doughy.

Wendy's has the best regular price for their nuggets, weirdly enough. McDonald's, on the other hand...I think it's $4.99 for six nuggets and nothing else. It's insane.

Mary Brown's strips/popcorn chicken are really good, but they're also real chunks of chicken.

Wendy's nuggets at no. 1... no. Just no.

I'll take McNuggets over them any day of the week.

I'm a BBQ sauce man, so my ranking there would be BK>Wendy's>McD's.

I don't get the hate for McDonald's nuggets. Unlike most of the competition they have a thicker batter that stays crispy instead of giving you that floppy elementary school lunch grease sponge consistency.

They're all white meat chicken now, which I actually kind of enjoy less. I dunno what it is about the American palette that sees dark meat as the devil, that's the good stuff.

I think they got it right on those top three as far as fast food joints go.

And they're right about plain honey being perfect as well.

Yeah if anything McD's nuggets have stayed surprisingly consistent.
