I can't remember the name of this Movie/Cartoon/Song/etc.

As a kid I had a movie on VHS where toy soldiers were at war, they had toy tanks etc. I remember it wasn't a funny movie, but had a more serius tone to it. I don't know if it was a German or an American movie. I saw it in 1985 or so. I've been trying to find out the title via various serach tags, but I have never been able to find anything about this movie. Maybe someone here has a suggestion?

I'd say Xtro, as it has killer toy solider and toy tank in it, but I feel like those wouldn't be the only things you'd remember about the film.

OK here's one.

It's a cartoon I used to watch in the 90s.
The characters were animals. The only other thing I remember is a part where an army(?) wanted to stealth attack another kingdom. So they got a huge blue earthworm to dig a hole there. I remember the earthworm digging and digging while it was followed underground by said army. Maybe one character was riding it. I remember that I found the earthworm's animation very impressive at the time.

There's this movie where two men and one woman are stuck in an island. I believe there is sex involved, I can't remember. Anyway, the men eventually fight each other for some reason which I can't remember. One of the men dies (the one that's more reasonable). Some time passes and this woman lived with this greedy man. Eventually a boat comes near the island that the woman hops into and left the greedy man behind. The dude was pissed!

There's this other movie where a bunch of kids are stranded in an island as well. They form 2 sides between each other or something. They start fighting each other. This is very vague but I don't remember much. I believe at the end they eventually find adults. Or adults find them.

P.S. My favorite type of movies ever are of people getting stuck in islands.

First one sounds vaguely familiar, but nothing comes to mind. Second one sounds like lord of the flies.

Nice. Lord Of The Flies (1990) is the one I was looking for. I quickly Googled it and found the 1963 version and I was going to ask you if there was a remake of the 1963 version. I don't know if it's a remake but I'm glad you identified the right movie. Thanks a bunch! I'm going to watch it soon. Hopefully it is as good as I remembered it.

First one might be Survival Island

Second does indeed sound like Lord of the Flies/
You found it. That's what I was looking for. This thread always delivers. Thanks dude!

I don't believe I've ever see this movie. I'm on it! Looks good to me.

This is a song, maybe a house song, in the early/mid 2000s. The music video is actually what came to mind, where a girl or multiple girls were basically whipping around their long hair in slow motion for a few scenes, looked kind of like a shampoo commercial almost. I think most if not all of he video was in slow motion and it may not have been just centered around the girls. It's really been bothering me for a couple of days. It's sung by a male singer, with his voice maybe sounding like eric clapton does here: https://youtu.be/QPUMMwPU9WY

I initially thought the scene I was remembering (with the girl whipping her hair around) was from this music video (which I again needed to think hard about what the name was and what not, I saw this video around the same time): KMC feat. Dhany - I Feel so Fine but I was wrong, when I thought about it harder, I recall hearing a male vocals for the song/video that I'm looking for.

There is this old movie. Dont know the year etc. Its about a nanny who is a witch or demon or something. She lives in trees or something. Dont remember any other detail other than at a point in the movie, this guy was hitting on her and she told him not to follow her but he did, which lead to his demise.

Anybody have any idea.

A song, was a hit I think in the 90s or late 80s. Starts with an acoustic guitar only with a woman singing. I think it was a one-hit-wonder and I think the band name is one longer word but I might be wrong. I don't know the lyrics well but I think that one line closes with "old man's religion" or something like that.
That's very vague but maybe it's enough clues for someone.

Does it transition to a rock song? This would be my guess off the vague description
They Eat Their Own - Like a Drug

Ok, so there's this punk/psychobilly rock band. They toured the US, Europe, Australia, Japan and probably other parts of Asia in the mid to late 2000s. Had a female guitarist/vocalist as well as a male vocalist. Eventually the female singer left the band but I think they carried on without her. Last year, they got back together to do one show in Oregon. I have 3 tracks from that show, available here but I wasn't there. I have no idea who this band is. I've asked around and no one seems to know who they are and it's driving me crazy. Does anyone recognize them?

You should read the book too. It's a classic.

I have one I need help finding. It was a morning cartoon for kids on a channel like Fox Kids or Jetix or WB kids or something like that in early to mid 2000s. It was a CG show that was sort of futuristic about these young people who had dragons to ride around on and either fight or play some sort of sport.

I only watched it a couple of times buy it popped up in my mind today.

No, it's not this, but I kinda like this one. I barely remember anything from the song I meant but a small part of the melody is constantly in my mind.

Edit: It was on the list to the right on Youtube when I saw the video!
It's Edie Brickell & New Bohemians - What I Am. So you indirectly lead me to it, thanks for that. Strange how much I misremember it. It's also "cereal box religion" actually, where "Religion" is actually a start of a new sentence.
Also, from 1988, but it kinda sounds like it could be 1994.

This is going to be rather vague but mabye someone will know

It was an Anime
I saw it during the 90's but wouldn't be surprised if the show originally aired during the 80's (though it's just a guess)
It was a mecha show that I THINK mostly took place in space (like with people living on a big spaceship).
Basically the main thing I remember is that when the good guys were in real trouble this mysterious mecha which I THINIK was white(ish) would appear and beat the bad guys. Where this mecha came from and who was piloting was a mystery.
The other thing I remember is that there was a mecha that used a sort giant board (sort of like a space hoverboard). Though I can't remember if it was the main character who used it or mysterious mecha (or both).

I THINK the show as called the same as the mysterious mecha. Though that could have just been the localized title

Man I remember loving this show when I was in like first grade but it's a very vague memory

Perhaps Teknoman [Tekkaman Blade]?

I'm trying to remember this cartoon/ anime from when I was a kid so excuse my lack of description. I can recall the intro somewhat it was maybe 3 women running in dark alley where you can see their shadows on the walls.
I think they wore all black.

that's all I can remeber really lol thanks for the help.

There's 2 cartoons

I remember Nick jr having some fairy tale anthologies and one was about a pancake rolling down a hill. It pretty much like the gingerbread man story but with a pancake.

This one might be more difficult because it's more vague. All I remember was there was a grandmother or some babysitter was an alien and someone gets turned into a tree. This is all I remember about it. I don't remember the channel it was on either. It bugs me that I can't figure it out.

I have a toughish one.

I remember watching a Kids show a few years ago. It was set in a British setting, and was about these two kids, a brother and a sister. I remember they lived on a boat? and got money by captuiring crows or a animal of some description. I think the boy was a chimneysweep/dectective?

I think the sister was called Olivia. Drawing a blank.

Ok. Good luck with this one unless you are a fake documentary buff in the way of things like I'm Still Here.

My film: this is a fake documentary that takes place in some South American country. I don't know if it's Peru, Uruguay or any other country.

Key clues. It's black and white. I remember scenes where the documentary creator tries to make a scene where little kids jump into a little man made pond in the middle of the city by tossing in some coins to show that they are broke. The documentary has a scene where he snorts some coke. The movie shifts between the "documentary camera" and the person who is filming the making of so to speak.

Now. Huuuuuge moment. There is a male actor that literally plays multiple characters and you don't know till the very end. He plays a broke old woman who does not want to be documented. He plays a homeowner of some shitty home. Here he is given some money by the documentary creator and he basically goes "what am I to do with this?" And then wipes his ass with it.

The entire point of the mock documentary was to show that it is wrong that so many docs focus only on the bad and try to force bad situations. Basically sleazy documentary makers who don't care about anything other than getting their shots of "look at this country. Isn't it terrible"?

I think this documentary is incredibly important as I saw it in college but Google is no help.

Summary: black and white fake documentary from a South American country that features an actor that takes on multiple roles in which he is portrayed "negatively". In the end we learn it is indeed a fake documentary. I think it is considered historically significant. Not in English.
