Apparently it ran at 1800p / 60 on PS4 Pro, so how is it bad if PS5 runs at dynamic 4K / 60 from 1800p ?

They do but if you own the PS4 version then there's no reason why there can't be a PS5 boost mode as far as I'm aware since it'd still the PS4 game just running in boost mode on PS5?

Not sure why everyone is surprised about PS5. Less CU's will result in less performance generally.
