no Sony literally only owns film rights. they don't even get a cent from toys, posters etc based on the movie. besides the fact the only exclusive spidey game wasn't based on a movie.
I'd imagine Sony's playstation dept and marvel have a multi game contract so we should get a spider-man sequel.
