almost every slow walking scene in God of War 2018 and Ragnarok...
mediocre games even without those, but each one was another endurance test. especially in Ragnarök, where one of them is (no joke) 10min in length... what a dogshit gamedesign philosophy this Barlog guy has, he's a fucking joke.
The ironwood part is the reason I probably won't ever replay Ragnarok.
Also "this game has super fast loading times" but everytime you're travelling somewhere you have to walk on top of a tree branch until a portal appears lol. I'd rather a loading screen, tyvm.
Almost every scene in FFVII remake. And no - I don't mean because of the story changes - I mean because when you take the playmobil, text based game and make it realistic graphics with anime grunts the world falls apart.
Stand anywhere in the market or anywhere with NPCs and try this:
Really? I remember beating that shit on hard no problem. The trick is to hang back as far as you can and snipe his butt. The ending of "quantum break". I eventually got it, but only because I am stubborn.
100% this, enjoyed the game but that extra ending made me go FFS.The Last of Us Part II most definitely had a few. Every time I thought the game was going to end it just somehow kept adding more shit to itself to keep on going. Last few hours were a struggle to say the least.
At the end of Half Life when it for some fucked up reason suddenly turned into a 3D platformer.
If I recall correctly, that's what I ended up doing. The solution did not immediately jump out at me and I found myself frustrated. I can't name a specific reason why I found the battle so obtuse, but I do remember telling myself that I would never play it again.Really? I remember beating that shit on hard no problem. Yeah, in all honesty the most annoying part of that fight were the waves of regular enemies that came at you in between phases. I really hate boss fights that do something like that. Hanging back was helpful in avoiding that huge AOE attack that he did at the end of each phase. If I recall correctly, that's what I ended up doing.
