It's one of those sci-fi movies where the 'scientists' are extremely dumb and make stupid decisions every step of the way. Very frustrating movie, but it does have an amusing 'twist' ending. I put twist in quotes because I saw it coming about 15 minutes before it happened lol

We have come a long way since the early 2000's.

Some of them are actually better then most the Marvel films released since Endgame
TASM is better then the two previous MCU centric Spider-Man films
Hell No Way Home is only so good because it actually more like the old SM films.
