Check your order status on their site. It'll tell you if it's being processed or backordered.

Inspect the page and change the disabled attribute on the add to cart button to enabled is probably the trick they are talking about.

Inspect the add to cart button in chrome . Go to btn btn-primary disabled and delete the "disabled" and press enter
