Soul Edge/Blade forever. The legend will ever die. I love the OG.I'm probably the only guy in the world who preferred the true 1st Soul Calibur
Sure you’re not mixing that up? Also, SC 1 and 2 are on Xbox through BCSoul Edge/Blade forever. The legend will ever die. I love the OG.
They already did remaster Soul Calibur 1 on XBLA, though it was the arcade version rather than the Dreamcast version.
Give us Soul Edge, Calibur 1, 2 & 3 (arcade edition) remakes please.
I don't think you were?Edit: Beaten
It was the DC version and not remastered, just 720p instead of 480p and without the intro, mission mode and related unlocks (the unlock content was there but didn't need to be unlocked or was in other ways, I forget). The arcade version has almost Tekken 3 level visuals so is worse than both. They already did remaster Soul Calibur 1 on XBLA, though it was the arcade version rather than the Dreamcast version.
True, it wasn't technically the arcade version, but it felt like it was as it had no intro and no mission mode. No online play either. It was barebones af compared to the DC version.Sure you’re not mixing that up? Also, SC 1 and 2 are on Xbox through BC
I played Soul Blade so much when I was young that when Soul Calibur came out on the Dreamcast I was disappointed but yeah I'm curious how a remake would lookSoul Edge/Blade forever. The legend will ever die. I love the OG.

I miss Ridge Racer.Give me a new RR instead.
Imagine à Tekken collection with Tekken 3 and 5 and Tag 2!This and Tekken please. And Ridge Racer while you’re at it

In gameplay and visuals Soulcalibur is miles ahead but Blade/Edge had a) the finest video game intro ever, b) awesome production values with in-engine endings, some of which with branching choices/playable-ish and c) better mission mode where you earned new imba weapons and shit.

I just watched that intro for the 1st time in about 2 decades and it's even better than I rememberRemake Soul Edge. Remaster the others. And keep that Soul Edge intro lol

Whoa now I gotta go look up those old Tekken intro'sI watched it a few months back, its so nostalgically cool. I love it.
Along with some other intro classics like Tekken 2 and 3, Soul Calibur. Ridge Racer Type 4.
Maybe on Switch, but there ain't no way Link is appearing as a guest character on PS5 or XBX.If they remaster SC2 they should put all 3 guest characters in the remaster.

Part 3 and 4 are even hard to find. I'd get this for sure if it included everything.I think this why that Namco delisted Soul Calibur 1 and 2 on the Xbox 360 and PS4. I am looking forward to this. I always wondered why Namco hadn't put Soul Calibur 1 and 2 on the Switch. I guess we will finally see it happen.
Have Tekken Tag 2 on my Xbox. Bought all the old music and fmvs for nostalgia.Imagine à Tekken collection with Tekken 3 and 5 and Tag 2!
