Apparently the site glitched, I was able to re-add it to cart and make final payment even though the item already ended.
Over 500 purchases on ebay and this has never happened before.
Yes, you should assume the package has been lost. This happened to me and it's far more common than you might think. Try to get in touch with Canada Post in a few days. If you have to go through insurance you'll have to get in touch with Play-Asia, but only after Canada Post's arbitrary deadline comes up (I think it's a month after the last update).
Be thankful it's with a legitimate company that specializes in shipping out items and not something like eBay. I bought something on eBay from the States that got lost in customs and the eBay seller was terrible about it, just refused to go through insurance and told me to keep waiting even after Canada Post told me it was gone. (Thankfully I had this all documented, eBay refunded me fully and billed the guy directly, but the whole ordeal was quite a hassle. I feel for you dude.)

A little off topic, but Sony Canada just sent me a $20 cheque as part of a lawsuit settlement for making customers pay for shipping when sending in defective Dual Shock 4's (under warranty).
However I actually sent in two, so I'm going to give the place a call, since it's supposed to be $20 per controller.

I thought that they still made people pay to ship in defective controllers? Or was this just for the rubber issue?
Microsoft made me pay to ship mine in the first time (back in Dec.)

So I recently posted about ordering a lucas amiibo from best buy, and since I heard from some of you here that BB started shipping amiibos in bubble envelopes instead of boxes, I tried to order the Lucas along with another Amiibo (Resetti) that was supposed to release on the same day. Not only would I get the free shipping, but I hoped that since both items were being released on the same day, they would get packaged together in a box.
Today I get an email from best buy that they shipped my order. only thing is that it only listed the Resetti amiibo in the email.
Two hours later, I get another email from BB that they were shipping lucas.
Hope for the best, expect the worst I guess.
I also missed out on the Bravely Second CE preorders. I ended up ordering one from gamestop.com as a plan B (although I'm pretty sure it'll get cancelled since it's been put up so long).

Sony made me (and other consumers) pay to ship my controller (DS4) in to fix it while it was under warranty. They then shipped it back at no cost.
It was deemed that making consumers pay to ship a defective product under warranty was illegal, and Sony's been ordered to refund those consumers money.
I paid something like $13 shipping (Vancouver -> Ontario) for each controller way back when. Two more of my controllers are defective now, but out of warranty.
When I ordered Little Mac somewhere around a month ago and Shovel Knight when it got put up and they both were shipped in boxes. The only thing I ordered from Best Buy that didn't come in a box was the 20th Anniversary DualShock 4, iirc.

I got lucky, because I knew the manager at the store I bought mine from and he let me exchange my controller after six months because of a stuck L1 button. I hadn't used it much, either.
Microsoft still makes you pay to ship in warranty accessories to them. It cost me $20 to ship mine an hour to the depot, but I had to buy tape and a box because I forgot the one and couldn't find a good option for the latter.
It's painful, we know this all to well. This is the one SE I hope Amazon gives the price error treatment. We need that now more than ever.

One of them has the rubber worn half-off on the right analog stick.
The other has a defect where it will randomly think I'm holding the right analog stick down. That was a fun one to figure out.

nostalgia and the fact that there still hasn't been a proper release for the N3DS yet, so this one's a pretty enticing option

I think the fact that regular n3DS's are only special edition is to keep the price at the XL one. There would be too many models and prices otherwise.

Anyone know if I can make Fed Ex stop trying to deliver something to my house and just let me pick up a packag at one of their facilities?
Ordered something from the Microsoft Store but Fed Ex keeps coming when I'm not home so I've missed it twice now and they're gonna try again tomorrow and I still won't be home when they plan to come. Kinda annoying.

Basically. I'm tired of waiting at this point and I am a Pokemon fan so I ordered one at Best Buy just in case Shoppers doesn't get it. I guess I can just keep my points active until the NX or break down and buy an Xbox One.

It really is that cheap. $5 per episode if you want to buy them individually. $20 for all 5 episodes bundled together.
Trying to go all digital this gen' + physical is like 40$ right ? I don't see how any extra stuff can justify doubling the price.

It was bound to happen eventually. $39.99 and $59.99 are $20 apart. Console games are gonna hit $99.99 sooner rather than later. Companies are gonna chase that money, logic be damned.

EDIT:The Limited Edition features a 32 page artbook (including unreleased concept art), the full Life is Strange soundtrack, plus the original score by Jonathan Morali and director's commentary!
Well, at least there's value. I just don't know if I need it.
Yeah Life is Strange has been out digitally in full since October.
It's just this week the Physical Limited Edition came out, due to how well the game was received. The physical is a physical copy of the game on a disc, an artbook, and full soundtrack.
