Stalkers, it’s time to talk about the most valuable thing in the Zone — the Habar itself. A figurine, an artifact lamp, a map, a backpack, and other neat stuff comes with different Physical editions of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl. It can be taken along on a foray, or you can use it to adorn a shelter, navigate through the Zone, open up cans, or even light a fire… basically everything a true stalker needs and what is not forbidden to use outside the Perimeter! To keep the quality of all the collectible items at the desired level during these uneasy times, unfortunately, we have to raise the price of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Ultimate Edition from $339 to $379 (or the equivalent in the local currency). The new price will take effect as of February 21st, 2023. This will only apply to the Ultimate Edition, we still managed to keep the prices of the other editions on the same level. Even a path to the Heart of Chornobyl can be endured with trustworthy gear. Good hunting!

Could try amazon.de, it's pretty much the EU international amazon shop with English option and they ship to the US(at least they did in the past.)
