i always save right before the geomerge, tap it into place, then start a new round. If i am happy with the results i save again. i will never save in the middle of a geomerge again due to destroying a map and wasting a full day of construction (map did not show in recent map list) because a geomerge went horribly wrong.

i discovered the technique for getting the boxes to match colour the day after finishing this wall while building the bases. A week later the method was published at Forgehub. When you consider that each wall took about 12 hours to build, here was no way in hell i was going to 'tap' the boxes to paint them a different colour and risk having them fly off the map. i did, however, rebuild the ends of the walls to match the bases after these pics were taken.



The map is called FrozenGrifballs and is considered by the Grifball community to be the best court for the Aerial Grifball variant. Unfortunately that map will never be included in the DXP Grifball weekend because it requires an Honour Rule. (there will always be some DB who thinks it is funny to run the ball to the bases and hide) If you require an Avalanche map with the central area fully blocked please 'Steal This Map'.

What is it? I still don't know and it's annoying to see different colored blocks in the crypt.

Probably going to have stones thrown at me for saying this, but I doubt Bungie made that Avatar..um, stuff. Since Microsoft/343 has the IP now? Plus, doesn't Rare do most of the stuff with Avatar/Natal, or am I wrong on that?

but I wouldn't mind a Marathon shirt made by Bungie, and not just a Emblem version from Halo 2/3 /hypocrite

Bungie doesn't have the rights to sell Halo T-shirts let alone avatar pieces. Money goes straight to MS.

I think the avatar accessories are pretty nifty but paying for them is pretty insane. Would be cool if devs really are allowed to give away as much as they like as rewards in their games.

I'd pay MS money for a Flight helmet.
 
Lol, I hate the stances that Avatars take. It makes all of them look... feminine. Although it's good for chicks. :P

I wish you could change the stances. It would actually make me want to play dress-up with my Avatar once in a while. :lol

But there is no way I am paying any sort of money for Avatar Clothing. Even if the Halo schwag looks pretty cool.
 
I'm a sucker for the Halo IP. Anything Halo related I have the urge to own/get as it has and is the only game that has kept my interestest for the past several years.

And OverHeat, nice duds. :D

Eazy would buy an RC Chopper in a heartbeat like I did with the RC Warthog

to be honest, I don't think I'm that bad. this is going to sound like an excuse, but I got my 36 in LW (dumb, I know) and then starting going for achievements, which, in the process, brought me down to like a 20 in the playlist. I haven't played much ranked after that.

I can also be on to play Squad Battle for a bit. Although, again, my rank there is painfully low (probably like a 7) so having me would probably screw up Matchmaking for you.

I'd play more ranked, but for some reason I want to hit Strike Commander before I get a 40. I just remember setting it as my goal for some reason.

Oh... Well I think what that means is one of the people in my party had a modded box and then messed with the names of a gametype. It got really common to see gametypes with the BR icon or Killtacular Medals in the name...

I don't have a modded xbox myself though.

1. Played Halo 2 a bit yesterday:
- sniping is easy as hell
- sword lunge is huge
- lockout is phenomenal, doesn't bode too well for middy

2. Matched up against backflip today. What are the odds?

3. xStud's #9 play on MLG top ten is disgusting.

:lol Psh, I played pretty well. My brother was in a different dimension. I really dislike Epilogue; too many powerups and power weapons for a 2v2 match.

I agree - too easy to get down 3 kills and basically have no way back.
 
Are any matchmaking games open(besides MLG, I'd weigh you down :lol )? I'm bored, and I need to get my mind adjusted off of what I've been thinking for the past few days(which I can blame on a O-T thread :()
