I thought it was kinda cool. And no, I do not prefer AR to BR.

I'm assuming you originally downloaded the maps on a different 360. I redownloaded it too and it still doesn't show up off-line. You may want to try deleting it off your HDD and actually redownloading it if you haven't tried.Grimm Fandango said:I know this was asked aeons ago but why is it I need to be online in order to access the map packs? I just redownloaded the MMP but it still doesn't show up offline.
user_nat said:As long as you are playing on the console where the map was originally downloaded, it should work offline.

i also noticed that it might also bring back the closed double boxes last seen on Avalanche. You can spawn/teleport into them and once inside you can see and shoot out, while remaining invincible. It makes for some fun mini-games.squidhands said:I'm really hoping that Longshore can offer up some cool smaller maps. Going by the original picture, the inside of that warehouse could hold some forging sweetness.

Good luck with that.Grimm Fandango said:Anyway I'm going to reveal my new map in a day or two. I hope people dig the different style of play.
If only 360's lasted the 12 months they limit to license transfers.Louis Wu said:You should transfer the content licenses:

Simple is, quite often, good. I started Entrenched with a goals of a simple layout with minimal (if any) merging. It worked out okay. Can't wait to see what you've come up with next.EazyB said:Good luck with that.
Even though I swore after Brouhaha not to make another map, last night I went against this. I've vowed to keep this map as simple as possible, but we'll see how that goes. Should have it decent enough to show tomorrow as well.

I think records are being broken/set this summer.
Botolf said:Sooo Marathon. Finally got past the hallway from hell, mainly by inching forward until I triggered the "Enforcers" to spawn (I think that's what they're called), and then I backpedaled and killed the ones in my way, then lit up the rest as they filed toward me in one direction. Much easier that way.
So yes, finished Prologue, and I'm playing through the Counterattack levels now. It's getting less monotonous, thank gawd.
Miami is awesome dude! And I bought a Halo shirt for my avatar. I had some points left over so got me the gray one. It's all right. The props are the worst offenders IMO.DancingJesus said:Imagine living in Florida.
Humid and Hot as balls.
Anywho, anyone suckered into buying Halo Avatar clothing? I was contemplating it but then I punched myself in the face.
Sure the mini-warthog is cool but its 320 flipping points. Jeez
I bought a couple of Halo shirts, and I'm not ashamed of it. Just 80 points each, no big deal. It actually brings me enjoyment seeing the Halo themed avatar every time I turn on the console.DancingJesus said:Imagine living in Florida.

Ah what the hell :lol

I'm down for some matchmaking or whatever in an hour or so. Assuming I don't melt first.
I never understood Team Sumo. The first time I played it I also thought it would be hog vs hog, but the fact that everyone has hammers and ubershields to null any machine gunningZayneH said:So, I played Actionsack for the first time last night, but does every game of Team Sumo devolve into people getting out of the warthogs and playing wack-a-mole? Wanted to be able to "joust" with the Warthogs.
Snap, I didn't even think of that. You'd think I would considering this is system #3. The heat must be getting to me.Dax01 said:Your 360 is blessed by Bungie if it can endure that heat.

Keeps your drinks cool.
I can be on in about 45 minutes.Assuming my little brother only watches one episode of Dollhouse, as promised.
And wow at all you guys in scorching heat. I thought my area got hot, but we haven't even hit 90 yet this summer.

Sarah Palin said:Americans, Alaskans know what death is because that's the road that's the road we call North that leads to the frozen tundra and the seasons that stretch from one season to the opposite season because that's how we do in the North that makes us the people that we are which is Americans but also is Alaskans.
It really is a poem.:lolOuterWorldVoice said:

Alright back to Halo. This may of been posted but just happened to see this on Bungie's blog today.
An interview with Brian but nothing really too new in it. Some nice footage in the background at least. Firefight Get!

Real Sarah Palin Verbatim said:And getting up here I say it is the best road trip in America soaring through nature's finest show. Denali, the great one, soaring under the midnight sun. And then the extremes. In the winter time it's the frozen road that is competing with the view of ice fogged frigid beauty, the cold though, doesn't it split the Cheechakos from the Sourdoughs?
And then in the summertime such extreme summertime about a hundred and fifty degrees hotter than just some months ago, than just some months from now, with fireweed blooming along the frost heaves and merciless rivers that are rushing and carving and reminding us that here, Mother Nature wins. It is as throughout all Alaska that big wild good life teeming along the road that is north to the future.
Mabef said:I never understood Team Sumo. But if you're just supposed to hammer eachother, why does the map even have warthogs? And why does the map have those viewing balconies, rather than letting me spectate with the 3rd person cam? It all makes no sense.(why not invulnerability?)
It's a shame because I think Action Sack could be really cool, but right now it's mostly Rockets, Swords, and Hammers.

OuterWorldVoice said:No, she didn't say that. I just approximated the algorithm. What she said verbatim made less sense:
