needed to bring you down to my level, gutter level
Lol, me too. I was expecting to come back to a locked thread and names with lines through them.I think this thread has been quite civil so far and honestly I am shocked
NoNorth America is Playstation territory.
True but the SONY does a much better job, it's a Nintendo, SONY focused market in North America. I bet a Nintendo or SONY is in someone's living room than an Xbox.
Meh. Game pass isn't for everyone. One has a quality sub service for their exclusives, the other charges $70 for them
This I can approve of, even though it's not for all games. One gives you next-gen upgrades for free (and seamlessly, no installing a new version or uploading old saves), the other charges for them.
In what way?Meh. Game pass isn't for everyone.

i love diablo 2 resurrected, will it be on gamepass? In what way?
Content-wise it has games from pretty much every possible genre there is.
Microsoft is too focused on their home it’s why they fail everywhere else.Xbox is More Popular Than PlayStation in US, Says Study
According to a recent study, PlayStation is less popular than Xbox in the US despite it possessing the majority of game console market share.gamerant.com

Of course I would say PS5 but I just love the exclusives and I am a PS fan. Demons Souls, Astrobot, R&C, Returnal, Sackboy, Miles Morales, Ghost of Tsushima, Death Stranding, Death Loop, Guilty Gear. Even something like Destruction Allstars is decent enough, it's just not on the level of the other stuff obviously.
FInal Fantasy Remaster Intergrade is another excellent exclusive too.
There are also things like PSPlus collection, PSplus monthly games and your back catalog that you might consider also. If you have lots of games that you have yet to play bought on PS or Xbox, you might feel inclined to buy one or the other based on that.
PS5 will cost you more, in terms of games particularly.
So if you just want to pay 500 and a monthly sub, probably go with Xbox and GP.
If you want amazing exclusives and money is no issue, go PS5. It has many more exclusives than you'd actually think at this point, particularly high scoring ones and Horizon, GT7, GOW and Ghostwire Tokyo are around the corner too.
Would say PS5
Literally nothing here is objective truth. I own both but it’s just a fact that the XSX has the better upcoming first party games for the rest of 2021. The audio is also better on Xbox especially if you don’t rely on headphones but on a sound system.Get a PS5 now - better first-party and second-party games available and coming, better controller and audio, plus more of your friends are likely to own a Playstation.
In the meantime, save up for a PC - you'll have access to Steam, GamePass, and superior performance if you so choose.

Finally this poster is forgetting to tell you that a truly superior PC will cost you 4 times the price of an XSX.
Whatever you do don’t listen to this guy. I don’t care which one you buy but this is typical fanboy advice.
I have all three (PS5, XBSX and PC). If MS keeps things like this next gen this will be my last Xbox console. You don't have to have a top of the line PC to enjoy Game Pass.Literally nothing here is objective truth. This. Don’t even factor stuff like game pass into the equation. Look at current releases and future releases and buy the one with the most games.Personal taste. See the games u want to play and buy the console...
I’m loving it. Looking forward to halo and Psychonauts 2, for example.Gamepass on PC isn’t nearly as good as an experience overall imo. Even if you get some really good games like Crusader Kings 3.

This is the worst advice in the thread.
No Flight Sim on One X, ancient loading times and most games stuck at 30fps instead of 60fps. Moving forward no Starfield on One X next year, no Deathloop or Tokyo Ghostwire next year on One X. No Redfall next year either.
Forza Motorsport, Fable, Avowed, The Outer Worlds 2, Perfect Dark, Hellblade 2, Everwild - forget about it.
In fact, after Forza, Halo and Psychonauts this year I don’t think there is a single Xbox game coming to the One consoles.
One S|X will be obsolete within 4 months (they already are judging by the 30fps shit tier performance of Forza, Halo and Psychonauts).
Weird. Actually, in saying that, I’ve always had problems with Forza 4, I was never able to get it working. But that’s the only one. I love the streaming feature as wellIt usually works fine for me but some games sometimes don't work like 12 minutes lately. The console experience is much better and smoother overall too .

True, but you know he was trying to be a cheeky lil bastard by starting this thread. LolI think this thread has been quite civil so far and honestly I am shocked
Flight sim is scarier. This is what it looks like flying into Henri.Flight sim or Dark Souls remake, take your pick.
Even in that case, why bother with a One X when anything with a compatible browser will do?When the edge browser is updated Xbox One X will support gamepass all those games will be playable at 12 tflops streaming

Well NA is gaming's biggest market(unless I'm mistaken)Microsoft is too focused on their home it’s why they fail everywhere else.
I'll just rather own my games outright. Not into the idea of paying a monthly fee of essentially renting games. In what way?
