This is on an article in the Deutsche Welle about people thinking that nazism was a left movement. I will try to find an english version for that, but you show me that you are ill informed about nazism. I suggest you to not hear obscure american sources regarding this theme.

Nazism had elements of the left in it's platform including guaranteed jobs, retirement, etc.
But all it's various goals were subsurvient to the idea of a supreme German state.

The TERF/Trans war is an interesting one to see because there seems to be parts of feminist ideology in general that's irreconcilable with trans concerns.
Assuming all the science regarding MTF trans checks out, it's still weird to blow up on people for saying cis women and trans women don't have the same exact experiences. They're still growing up with male privilege as they would say. "Oh, but they're not REALLY men" they would say, completely ignoring their own argument about the concept of "passing". They're too focused on the concept of privilege to even budge an inch on stuff like this, which is why there's so much infighting. Even if the stuff they say has merit, them having to sap all nuance from the discussion will prevent them from ever getting the public on board with what they're saying.
It's also interesting how FTM trans are never part of the conversation. I actually know one and he isn't an unhinged lunatic like the people over at Era.

It's complex. The Nazi party in the early stages did generally have a socialist strain. And kind of an odd one, too; the policies advocated by the Strassers had elements of left-wing economic thought combined with a kind of odd economics-based antisemitism. It formed a bit of an ideological mishmash in modern terms, as the Strassers were also against communism. Most of this odd group of left-wing socialist fascists were wiped out in 1934, including Gregor Strasser. By this time -- and really, since 1930 when the Strassers permanently lost their influence in the party -- there weren't really any socialist strains left in the Nazi party.

You know, the biggest rivals of the NSDAP before it got elected were the communists and social democrats; the coalition partner were the Conservatives. The party was massively sponsored by industry. You won't get that with a radical left-wing party. National socialism is not the same as and not rooted in socialism. In the beginning the NSDAP did have a socialist wing, but it was quickly killed off by Hitler, long before the NSDAP got to power. You won't find many socialists who want to burn Marx' books...
