EA is bringing back NCAA Football this summer, but it’s also been a long time since they’ve tried NBA Live.

NBA 2K is now nothing more than a whaling ship, preying on people with MTX. It’s not a basketball game anymore. It’s a slot machine.

Sure, EA would put Ultimate Team in Live, but I think people would want a basketball game where it doesn’t cost them $1,000 a year to play.

I'd really love them to. It is a legendary series and they have unlimited budget. Just get back to basics and it will work again. Shooting and passing must feel good and game shouldn't be overcomplicated like 2k series.

NBA 2K already has all the EA staples that gamers are already hooked on-casino machines, nfts, trading cards, and season passes.

I'm not sure what other thing EA could add to NBA live to exploit players to get them hooked on a new NBA Live. They are not making much off the mobile game which they are still supporting.
