Not quite Lucasarts but still excellent. First is best, second is a little rushed, haven't played the third.

If playing on PC, I'd suggest going with the original releases instead of the remakes (both are included on GOG) but you can't go wrong either way.

First is incredible. Holds up perfectly, beautiful as well. I'd suggest the director's cut enhanced versions though, that's what I played. Can't go wrong with either (both are included). The second is slightly less fun, haven't tried the 3D one, but I think it's a 10 > 8 > 6 type progression across the games as far as how I'd rate them.

If you like Sokoban you will love 3rd one.
On a serious note, I liked them all but 1>2>3 (never played 4th).

Broken Sword 1 is the best of the set (and an excellent game in its own right), Broken Sword 2 is still very good. 3 is not all that good from what I remember; I definitely never bothered finishing it

The third game is good but it came during an awkward transitional period of adventure games where they were trying to "modernize" the genre for the console generation. Be prepared for a lot of puzzles that involve pushing boxes around, Tomb Raider style. It's definitely worth the price, especially if you're picking up all three games.

Curiously, Charles Cecil was at the frontlines of the "adventure game revolution" at the time, he had a lot of big ideas. It's somewhat sad to see that nothing much came of it, at least not from Charles himself, after BS3.

That used to annoy me a lot. But I now understand for business reasons they have to pace the releases plus they have to keep getting new publishers to sign up. Even Steam started out with a humble library during its first few years.
