A little acidic bite at the front with a hint of lemon, then the saltiness and chili flavor comes through. Really nice accent to tons of foods. I recommend trying it if any of those flavor profiles sound good to you.

Don't knock this until you've tried it. Unlike cheddar 'cheese' on an apple pie, it's actually quite good.
At festivals in Japan you can get cucumbers with salt and chilli powder on them. They are also quite good. I believe something like that is also very popular in Mexico/Central America (never been).

One of my biggest issues with watermelon, and why it should never be considered a top tier fruit is its variance.
