Disgaea 6 Announced for Nintendo Switch/PS4

They will eventually, it's just not their first priority. An "exclusive" term is just for marketing. You don't seem to remember how the Switch was basically treated as third class citizen by 3rd parties, even from their own AA devs (Japan) at the start.
It only takes just one title to start your conjunction, how about those multiple titles skipping the Switch just for the sake of it.
My criticism is with NIS creating faux exclusivity in the West; if the game was being developed solely for the Switch, I'd have no qualms. Beyond that, I don't care about how companies treat Nintendo or the games they do or don't decide to make for their systems.

Also I can't access the source, how do I know those 112k is actually healthy based on dollar per sales?
The URL has to be copy & pasted (https://www.famitsu.com/news/201602/01097439.html). In an interview with the company's President, he states about 112k units were shipped overseas. Read the article (or don't) and extrapolate whatever you want from it.

It doesn't make financial sense for them. Disgaea 5 launched exclusively for the PS4 when Sony was at it's height of dominating the market and sold very poorly during it's exclusivity window. Sony fans don't seem to be into this series anymore and by the time this comes out the PS4 will basically be dead in the west and it would launch alongside the Switch version which would only further kill sales because who wouldn't prefer a version that's also portable?

I'm sure when the Complete version comes out in 2 to 3 years it will also be available on PS5 and PC.

If you don't care then why your critics? If you're so not concerned about the devs financially that is, they almost went bankrupt and they need to make money. Exclusivity is nothing FFXV did it, and so do FFXVI, with tons and tons of others. Just like how Jim Ryan lied about "generations" to get cookie buzz from Sony fans, it's just marketing tactics.

Seriously I can't access it, 404 not found.

As per the article I previously linked (https://www.famitsu.com/news/201602/01097439.html), the President of NIS states Disgaea 5 on PS4 shipped around 112k copies overseas and doesn't insinuate those were considered poor numbers. The game's subsequent overseas sales on Switch suggests making a version of Disgaea 6 on Switch; nothing I've seen, however, suggests there's a reason not to make the PS4 version globally available, especially since Sony would require the game to also run on the PS5.

As previously stated, my criticism is NIS creating faux exclusivity with the game. I'm honestly not completely following what you've written, but in general, I also wouldn't agree with the situation if the roles were reversed, meaning the game was regionally exclusive in the West on PS4.

They will, obviously. Just not on launch.

Okay I got it.

All new games requires run on PS5. If this game is releasing on Japan have to work on PS5 too.
