Teru won, but he didn’t look strong.

Tochi ended up make koshi. He’s getting awfully close to juryo demotion.
I think Tochi has turned a corner, and missing out by 1 doesn't seem to me like it will hit him too hard... I think he'll do better against easier opposition next time out

Agree re: Teru, a bit of mobility and intent seems to unlock him... I'm just stunned that takakeisho couldn't beat him, didn't seem to have the fire in his belly after his comeback earlier in the Basho..

Takakeisho had some really good fights, he only needs a little more consistency.
