I really want to play it, but the 30 fps bothers me too much. Why won't they just give it the fps boost treatment...With some free time, restarted Remedy's dark-horse.
Quantum Break.
This game desperately needs either an update or a remaster so more people can play it. You can see a lot of what led Remedy to Control and Alan Wake 2 take its first steps here, including things like the time warping powers and trippy visuals. The multiple Alan Wake teases in the game were also bread crumbs of things that wouldn't happen 6 to 8 years later. Remedy really did have a roadmap for their games all the way back then.
Always nice to see Lance Reddick on the screen again (RIP, you magnificent voiced legend).
Surprisingly, the TV show portion is also pretty decent, and shit you do in the game changes scenes in the TV show as well.
Series X screens (basically the One X version). Looks pretty good for a 10+ year old game, yes this really did come out more than 10 years ago. April 2016.
I guess I could try how it works on Xbox Ally X.
I have been playing Path of Exile 2 again and Resident Evil 2/3 remakes. RE2 Remake I enjoyed a lot, played 1st and 2nd run scenarios. I just wish they would have kept the scenarios a bit more interactive with each other. RE3 has a bad rep, but so far it has been good. However it is possible that mods are keeping my interest higher than it would normally be.
In any case, I was pleasantly surprised how well both of these run on the Xbox Ally X.
