It’s ambiguous - the work history dot-points mention working *with* Naughty Dog but doesn’t mention Bend. The fact that they then listed both ND and Bend as “titles worked on” suggests at least the possibility that they worked on a Bend title while with Naughty Dog.

That said, it’s prettty common practice for Sony studios to collaborate and share expertise / techniques / experience / etc. That’s not at all the same as them having a “joint unannounced project”.

Edit- deep, I missed the bit where he worked at Bend for 2 years. Still, same logic applies - this doesn’t really imply anything more than standard collaboration between Sony studios.

The thread title doesn't match the OP at all.

The resume info. clearly reads like this person worked on two separate unannounced projects at Bend and ND.

Where are you getting that it's a common joint project, OP?
To me it reads that he worked at Bend Studios for two years, and during that time one of the things he worked on was a project that was a collaboration between Bend and ND. It was probably the Uncharted project or idk. 🤷

It's a full blown stand alone Crazy Taxi clone based upon the CT-like mini game from Days Gone's arcade mode Challenges (where you drive a golf car to the soundtrack of punk rock from Bend Studios' developers and friends own bands)

You're asking for a sequel to a critical failure. If the studio were to release Days Gone 2, the studio would close.

Days Gone sold around 10 million copies. It was a 7 out of 10 game by critics and an 8 out of 10 game by users, and it sold almost 10 million copies. It also has 92% positive rating on Steam with almost 50,000 reviews. That is not a failure by any stretch of the imagination, let alone a critical failure.

They made bank. Even if it cost them $100 million, the game made $265 million. They more than doubled their investment, and they made people happy with their game. The leaked data is already in another thread. So tell me: what metric are you using to say that Days Gone was a critical failure? Just your own opinion?
