Lol dude, if you think russias are already dying like flies now, just wait until eu gets tired of there shit let alone na. They will be utterly whiped out of exitence and every single country connected towards them. belarus will fall within a week, urkaine will be invaded by europe from every single direction taken back within days and there army's cut off and whiped out, russia will be under constant artillerie fire from every single direction on there boarder by all EU country's, drone fire, endless missles raining down on there criticial infastructers, barracks and whatever else etc. Putin or whoever is in charge at this point, will have to hide for his life because he will be sniped by a drone sooner rather then later. Targets of all high profile russians will be made and the hunting season can open on them and there family's.

In the meanwhile massive rocket shields and defense systems will be pulled up at russian boarders and developed, which also will give the ability to rain non stop shit down into Moscow.

Russia isn't going to be busy invading, they are going to be busy surviving.

There is in no way russia will ever invade poland because its straight neightbour is germany aka the west. Russians army's will be whiped out within days.
Nice story .. and I wouldn’t count on it .. and I am from the EU… EU doesn’t have a stockpile of military equipment either . And also never underestimate your enemy. The west is a democracy, taking decisions takes ages .. will Putin decides on the fly.

Some countries do have alot more in storage than the general public knows about..

And, today Sweden will finalize the decision to send 12 Archers to Ukraine, it is also talked about some armoured vehicles, but they have kept what model/type under a tight lid, they are also deciding on continuing the training of Ukrainan forces in asymmetric warfare, there has been a few hundred down on site since 2016 to help train the armed forces of Ukraine.

Ukraine for example needs 300 - 500 tanks .. for a so successful assault the UK sends 12. Sweden 12 archers , you can see how it’s almost a bad joke ? Not ? Germany undecided on almost everything .. only the US .. again is getting shit done , a country outside of the EU. I would almost cry … and I am from the EU. And all that training BS, they could have been trained on all equipment from March last year .. just wait tm.

12 Archers is a significant amount tbh, I just read somewhere that only 48 were produced so Sweden is giving up a quarter of their total inventory.

The leopards are another story though. There are around 2000 Leopard 2s out there, so If all European countries got together and decided to donate just 10% of that total stock, that would result in 200 tanks going to Ukraine which would be a massive boost to their tank inventory without depleting European stocks.

Little Ot, but wish we could have sent the CV90 with Adaptiv defense.

Would have been hilarious to see the RuSSkies get confuzzled.

Sending tanks and IFVs to Ukraine is a good business for everyone, excepts Russia.

Ukraine receives armor that they desperately need, and the donors saves money on maintenance of vehicles that probably ain't going to see combat for their entire life time. See UK for example, with the Challengers now they can standardize their armored force with something cheaper to produce and maintain.
The same is true with almost every other country.

Closer to targets … , less in the line of fire , pretty smart actually , anyway , the west , europe let them spin up their war economy. Just like I saw coming . Bad idea.. there is a window , but it’s closing fast, all the good military stuff is coming to late because of European bureaucracy.

Our greatest producing. nation Germany has cold feet , and knowing their history they should have grabbed the leaders roll, instead they say let the USA supply first 🤣 Germany.. start delivering tanks .. now , those are needed yesterday.. wtf.

People , Ukraine is a European country … why do you look at the USA ?

Second , where the fuck are the French ? Third , the UK is picking much up from all this shit ..

Why is it UK and USA all over again ? History sure likes to keep repeating.

And I M from Europe.. I hope there is a grand European master plan .. but I am not seeing or feeling it ..

It’s a bad joke to me at this point

Hope?

Several countries to announce sending Leopard tanks to Ukraine - Lithuania

The total number of armoured vehicles pledged at Ramstein will go into hundreds, Anusauskas said. (Reporting by Andrius Sytas; Editing by Alison Williams)

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/seve...e-sending-leopard-163133285.html?guccounter=2

I really hope all of the weapons reported as going today arrive swiftly and helps Ukraine alot.

Leopards are pretty much confirmed now.

Germany have now said supply of M1 Abrams to Ukraine will lead to them allowing Leopards to be sent. Now, the M1 being the fuel guzzler it is will likely be not that useful to the Ukrainians, but the US have pretty much no hurdles to sending them.

With the UK sending Challengers, Poland committing to send Leopards, the recent Finnish, French, and American supplies, plus Germany itself sending heavier armour, the Germans' hands have pretty much been forced.

Their angry criticism of the UK all but shows it got to them and they feel shown up.

Germany just said they aren't sending tanks yet.

But its inevitably going to happen so they should at least start training Ukrainian tank crews now

No GLSDB or Leopards are a big disappointment, both could have been game changers for Ukraine. I guess maybe there's next month....

So does that mean that the Netherlands and others will now send leopards? Germany wouldn't stop anyone they said.

Really disappointing. This excuse that Germans don't want to see their tanks in a conflict with Russia seems SUPER sus.

Netherlands does not have any Leopards, they sold them all. And when they realized this was a bit dumb they leased some German ones to, on paper, have some tanks.

They're shit scared of what Putin might do to them or it brings back echos of WW2. I mean, the fact the weapons would end up used against Russia is because Russia invaded another European country seems to have escaped their attention!

Germany is a disgrace atm. Merkel tried (you might say succesfully) to ruin europe with her immigration policy and now this sholz guy... Who put these guys in charge...

Germans do.

In other news, the lack of GLSDB in the latest package is a major disappointment. They are cheap, they cannot reach moscow like ATACMS... all they do is enable Ukrainians to reach their own frontiers meanwhile the russians are destroying hospitals and malls all across Ukraine with impunity.

Actually, there might be a small chance that GLSDBs were included. Remember that they're fired from HIMARS, so technically they would be considered HIMARS ammunition (which was apart of the latest package). That would be a sneaky way to include them without specifically mentioning that they're GLSDBs.

I guess we'll know for sure soon if we start seeing ammo depots >80km away from the frontline suddenly go up in flames....

Exactly my thoughts. The HARM missiles were not announced were they? They just appeared out of nowhere (or the shrapnel did :messenger_grinning_smiling:).

Currently the war of attrition favours Russia. Losing ~700 mobiks per day vs 100-200 trained soldiers that Ukraine is losing is a good trade off that favours Russia over the long run.

Ukraine will need to double that number in order to get a favourable trade off. Otherwise Russia will keep sending waves until Ukraine runs out of soldiers.

The 100-200 Ukrainian soldiers lost per day is from German intelligence.

If you count severely wounded/maimed those numbers are at least double (for both sides, obv) we're talking 45 thousand/month on the russian side. Even for russia, that level of attrition is considerable. There are potentially some signs in the svatove/kreminna line that russians are starting to crack.

According to Ukraine, in december, there were 280 thousand orcs in their country.
