Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
that's all folks

Deathloop looks so clunky and rough. DS was the only good thing but if they dont do an upgrade path i wont buying it again for a full price...

uses 'M$' - What year is it? Not 2002.
Let me guess you have to pay for the death stranding directors cut if you you own the ps4 version

while it wasn't the best thing ever by any means I feel like that State of Play did have a little bit of everything

so of course everyone will just complain that it didn't have enough of what they wanted

At least Deathloop is out soon, so no-one will be talking about it past September, right? Very definition of a 'GamePass One Dip' rather than a 'Sony Day 1'

Loved Dishonoured but not feeling Deathloop. I can’t help but feel it’s going to get lost amongst other games releasing later in the year.

I ain't trying to take the wind out of your sails, only talking as someone who is seeing more about the game than he ever did before. Conceptually, the multiplayer thing has interest. Everything else however seems sorta basic. Different in style, but that doesn't necessarily make it good in my opinion.

Deathloop looks ok I suppose. I’ve played death stranding and don’t want to play it again unfortunately. Not a great state of play for me.

That was terrible :messenger_tears_of_joy: :messenger_tears_of_joy: :messenger_tears_of_joy:

Death Stranding Directors Cut looks cool, as did that Lost Judgement game. Everything else not even remotely interesting

Outside of Lost Judgement, I didn’t see anything here at all for me. Sure, I’ll mess around with Deathloop whenever it is on PSPlus or Gamepass, but I certainly won’t be buying it.

This was terribly underwhelming.

To you maybe.

I see all the same open ended emergent gameplay opportunities that Arkane games have always offered up.

Like I said, same old shit that we wnet through with Prey pre-release and people wonder why we don't get immersive sims anymore.
Absolutely to me. I wish they would have sold me but they didn't. Not the end of the world for anyone.

As someone interested in Deathloop, yet understands peoples thoughts about it showing up again, I'm looking forward to the discussion :messenger_tears_of_joy:

I actually really like this countdown screen/video. Usually they are pretty boring, but this one is like a dynamic wallpaper.
Fuck Deathloop. How can a game with so much style look so damn plain.

Well I didn't have much hope of anything good and it delivered that

I reckon that rumour on the show being delayed due to COD was right so they filled up July with some stuff that wouldn't have made the cut otherwise

Hopefully there is a bigger August show

Definitely seemed like a “let’s get these out of the way” kinda show. Hopefully that means that a larger PlayStation Experience show is on the horizon.
People have been giving that excuse for like 2 years. I remember specifically that people were saying that last year before PS5 launched. ''Well we gotta get TLOU2 and GOT out of the way first, 'then' we'll here about Silent Hill Remake (or whatever)''.

Sony under Jim Ryan sucks ass.

The gameplay demo helped Deathloop a bit IMO. It seems like it might make for a decent campaign, and the gameplay mechanics look like they could be fun. However, it also lacks the visual punch to really make a case for itself. I know it's stylized, but it just doesn't scream next-gen visuals. It seems destined to get quickly forgotten.

I was interested in Jett, SIFU, and Death Stranding. I'm interested to see how Deathloop reviews, because it didn't win me over tonight, and I legitimately wanted it to do so.
