You have all kinds of freedom to point out an outrageous flaw as shown on CyberPunk 2077. I know that PC gamers treat this game as a PC exclusive, but it's not. Touting for months that it'll crush PS exclusives and take the GOTY yet it never even reached bottom of the barrel level on release. It's an insult to all gamers on all platforms and Sony made the right decision to take that filth off their store.

Well, we all know that Cyberpunk had production problems and a lot of bugs. That doesn't mean it doesn't look better than R&C or DS (pretty much any exclusive for Sony gets praise to high heaven here). 99% of the Sony gamers are oohing and ahhing over the cinematics - a typical reaction brought on from last gen. I still remember the UC4 reveal trailer and how crazy people went over that. Sadly, the gameplay isn't on the same level. If we judge on a gameplay basis only in R&C, we've got really high quality FX/smoke and explosions along with incredible artistic talent and level design. Cyberpunk's city absolutely has more complexity than R&C's levels (it's open world afterall). The two aren't even comparable. The same use of oversaturated colors and level design is seen in Cyberpunk. Stop shitting on other games man. Leave that for a comparison thread.

Now you're pretty wrong, I'm sorry. CyberPunk looks pretty average in most models and assets, you should know better. Anyway, won't talk more about Cyberpunk here so let's put this aside ;)

That just happened because 3D required way too much data storage.
Nintendo 64 tried to use cartridges for 3D and you could clearly see the limitations... they even at the end tried to use expansion slots that didn't worked very well.

You can always put your money where your mouth is and start a graphics analysis thread comparing this trailer to Cyberpunk on PC. It would make for a very popular thread. :messenger_tears_of_joy:

I've done that before multiple times, and showed that skin looks like wax on CyberPunk compared even to PS4 games. It's really average at best with shiny RT to cover it. No need to recycle the same stuff. I think you even seen them yourself with closeups and all.

I just went to the OTHER site after a loooong break because Neogaf seems a bit dead at the moment.

I suppose I shouldn't be shocked but I am. The people there are almost crucifying Ratchet because he's a biggot and Rivet is the new lord and savior.

Since when Ratchet's design was bad and people hated him? I've always found him lovely. Much more than Jax for an example.
Is the hate towards Ratchet because Rivet is a strong female?

Maybe I shouldn't bring that bad wibe to this forum.

See, all these high-quality screenshots showcase this game's flaws, like the inaccurate shadows and the inaccurate shaders...
It's crazy how the game looks like a Pixar movie despite that, crazy how much the jump to the next generation of consoles pushes graphics forwards.

Their hate is based on a bunch of bullshit with the guy that voices ratchet not his design. And everyone including people like Mark Hamil stick up for the voice actor. It's super sad people at reset era have not done any research on James Arnold Taylor.

All they did was look at social apps he had accounts on, and had a couple retweets or whatever of articles that were kind of spicy topic wise. So that automatically makes hima piece of shit, right wing/alt right flaming garbage in their eyes. When tons of people who we the public have known to be pretty decent people come forth and back up james, maybe just maybe we are putting to much stock into social media posts/associations as being the barrometer of that person's character?

Which the other place has no grasp or concept of. They think change is through cancelling people that tweeted something or forwarded, or whatever. They think if someone retweeted something its like they passed a bill to bring back slavery. Thats how people over at the other site act. If you honestly think change is done through 150 characters, or through some kind of water cooler message board, You need some fucking theorpy.

People going to protests as much as I hate the aftermath and small busniess's and collateral damage that happens. At least those people literally got off their asses and did something. let alone maybe some of them did the right thing and started at their local government to help bring things to light or incite change.
