I feel like this game got way more flak than it actually deserved. Is it flawed? Yes. I only played around 10 hours mind you, but from what I can see, there is an incredible game buried somehwere inside many weird design decisions (can't reset skill points? why? can't disable auto junk? thanks for destroying 1k$ jewelry I guess..). The bugs are unfortunate but then again, they could have delayed the game to mid 2021.

I love pretty much everything about this game, it has likeable characters, a well crafted narrative (so far) and good gunplay (for an RPG). The media ripped it completely apart for some weird reason I can't wrap my head around.

Crunch? It exists in every industry. As far as I can tell, the devs are amply compensated for their work. If they don't want to crunch, go work somewhere else. Having CDPR in your resume is probably a great way to get another job very quickly.

Why? Because RPGs tend to have a lot of dialog and very little of this dialog can alter story in any way - thats the fact for almost any game.

Are people bringing this number to prove there are no choices in CP? If anything this proves there ARE story altering choices in CP.

This seems really misleading based on what i've talked about with others in the OT.

Dialogues don't change the overall story nor the ending(s), but they do have a impact on how missions play out. Also, the ending/story does still change a lot based on the side quests you do.

I liked CP 2077 for what it was: an early access game with nothing breathtaking. It has a good gunplay, the story is fine but lacks deepness and his graphics/OST are mostly very good)

It has more effect on choices than most open world games. Rockstar games constantly get held up as the gold standard that this game failed to live up to but they are as on rails as they come. So is GOT and HZD and Days Gone. It is not a full blown RPG but an action open world with RPG elements and there is nothing wrong with that. I am all for criticism of this game because it deserves it but along with many legitimate gripes some people are also pulling stuff out of their butts.
