I used to work on the social media account for Universal Pictures. Unrevealed movies we would just be given descriptions, genre etc for targeting decisions on ad buys and we would get assets and copy within 24 hours at best. Strict directions not to upload any assets early.

And none of those movies were ever as tightly guarded as a console reveal with dozens of games

Horizon came out February 2017. Any Release in 2021 will make it a 4 Year development. This is plenty enough. Between Killzone SF and Horizon they had 3,5 Year of Development. This is not RUSHED at all.

Because we know that bluepoint make 1:1 remaster, and not bloated shit with new stuff that ruin the old stuff like other devs cough square cough...

They are not gonna change art style or changing the difficulty or other stuff, just a 1:1 remaster\remake with better graphics and maybe less stiff animations (but still similar).

They would not do a "redux" version of GT Sport. The game is also already 60fps locked and is not far off 4k on the Pro.

If there is a GT announcement at this event, it will be GT7, Sport 2 or backwards compatible enhancements for Sport.

CD PR were able to pull of the best Open World with the best Side-Content gaming has seen in years, with a 4 Year development. More is not always better. I don't care for more content if it's bloated nonsense like every AC game. Funny that you take RDR2 as a prime example. Game bored me shortly after i reached Saint Denis.

I Don't want to wait 6 years for every game just so that the DEV can insert another stupid Quest to stretch the game over 100 Hours. 40-50 Hour games are perfect and i don't see why it can not be done in 4 Years, especially if many assets are already there.
