I really hope there's an all black version.. 😣🤢

Shape looks nice but it all sounds kinda gimmicky..? Definitely curious to try it though..

If the console is white on black as well we riot.

Mashing up the aesthetic of my living room with white electronics.

Most people on Reeee hate the colour scheme.

The design looks superb. They have my thanks for keeping the design of DS4 almost intact. I'm just not so sure about the color though.

I thought it looked big too, but hold up a PS4 controller and look at it - the dimensions look identical, except the two sides curve out what looks like a quarter or at most half inch maybe. Doesn't really look too much bigger.

Edit: looks like it curves up like a half inch too, but the bottom looks the same.

Not a fan of the color but love the design. Looks bigger.

I wonder on price, seeing the added features and upgraded tech. $80 a piece?

I’m happy they’re switch it up because I dong like the DS4 but that thing is fugly as hell. I’m assuming the console will look similar? Looks like a 90s toy

I thought DS4 was too simplistic in its design, this looks much more premium.

Overall it looks like Xbox One and DS4 controller had a baby, which I'm okay with. The color scheme isn't meshing well, but maybe it'll grow on us with time.

If they were open to making changes they should have adopted changes that added worthwhile value, like the patent concepts of a split -able design that would double as finger and hand tracking motion controllers. Or paddle switches.

That stuff might have been useful. The haptic shit will be used on two launch games and never seen again just like the Switch gimmicks. And that shit will make these things $80.

Also, first impression is bleh...

I beg there are some other colours available.

Imagine that controller after a gamer fuel mountain dew and cheeto binge.

I think the controller is badass, but that groove around the touchpad is going to get gunky I bet.

Yeah, no grip buttons? What a waste.

The two-toned design reminds me more of second-party products. Ultimately, how it feels is what matters, but the pictures make the controller appear rather bulky.

Yikes! The sticks, and that sharp, meat cutting edge under the triggers... ugh!

That said, I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.

Looks like a black controller with a shitty white skin on it. I'm sure one colour versions will look better.

Finally showing it off!

Kinda hard to say whether I like it without putting my mitts on it, but I like the look and I like the list of features. (hopefully Sony and 3rd party devs will actually use a lot of those features)

I expect the "Create" thingie to have a big effect on next gen. Clipping gameplay sections and sending it to your friends or group is genuinely cool tech.
