So uhhh is Miles Morales really the only Ultimate character thats going to appear in the new universe? WTF what about the 2 pizzas???

Miles has been the only Ultimate character of the past few years to really be significantly popular. Can't blame Marvel for focusing on him and his supporting characters.

I am hyped for Extraordinary X-Men. If the hunt for Scott eventually leads to him joining the team then I'll be a happy reader. Bring it on.

Mutant/Inhuman war post Secret Wars. Major defections on all sides (Beast joins with Medusa), the Unity Squad is retasked with bridging the gap between Human, Mutants, and Inhumans. Maestro takes advantage of it all leading into Ewing's company wide event.

Book it.

Beast: "No! We have to study this before we fight! I know first hand the dangers of rushing to act. I stand....INHUMANELY."

Hopefully things slow down a little and they explain a bit about what the fuck is going on.

Sticking the Citadel's speech bubbles in little <> so we can read them too would be a nice start.

The only thing I really got out of the first issue was the eye-catching art, which is what made me buy it off the rack in the first place. But I would like some idea of what it's actually about, soon.

Ok, I am hyped for this

Storm looks awesome.

Oh gods no. I love Ewing, but dear fuck i don't even wanna see the kind of asshattery that he'd make Maximus pull out. Giving him a techie loki that truly gives zero fucks? yeesh

I'm probably going to be the most invested in X-Men I have ever been just based on the potential of this storyline and the fact that we seem to finally be moving away from the crap certain other X-events started.

Strangely, NOT the silliest looking guy in this picture:

I know its really over-sexualized but Carol's costume here is far superior to the over designed one she currently wears. I think a less sexualized version with pants or a full body suit version of the Ms.Marvel costume would look so much better than her current garb.

So is Gary Duggan and Al Ewing basically writing half Marvel's publishing line now? What happened to big name writers like Brian Michael Bendis, Mark Millar, and Rick Remender? I was excited to see Warren Ellis back but Karnack dude really??

I'm excited for Extraordinary X-Men, will read.

I like the new McKelvie-designed costume. Marvel obviously FUCKING LOVES IT.

Sam Wilson, Captain America #1 From Nick Spencer And Daniel Acuna

Such as the relaunch of All-New Captain America as Sam Wilson, Captain America #1 by Nick Spencer and Daniel Acuna with Sam Wilson still in the red white and blue wings…

But is relationship with Steve Rogers severely damaged. In fact we have a bit of a Civil War going on here.

The tagline reads “Who do you stand with?”

BMB is already announced for two books and there are still plenty of books to go.

Bendis is writing Spider-Man and Iron Man, two of the biggest books in the line-up. He's probably still shitting up Guardians too.

Remender is probably transitioning into creator owned stuff, but I'd still expect something as a follow-up to Rage of Ultron and Captain America.

I'm cool with nothing from Millar.

Ewing and Duggan are great; looking forward to ALAD.

Anything I'm missing?

An interesting nugget from the Lemire/Perez Hawkeye relaunch...

The noticeable difference being the prominence of an almost 1602 Kate Bishop Hawkeye with what looks to be Old Man Barton from Mark Millar‘s Wolverine run, watching over her.

I just don't see a solo Vision book working.

Slice of life. Vision trying to pass as a human and just chilling in some NY neighborhood. He gets a dog/cat. He meets a nice girl/robot. Hijinx.

Can work. Just gotta find a way to work Victor Mancha, Pym and Doombot into the plot.

Yes, i want an Avengers A.I. sequel.

Didn't barton catch a bad case of the deaths in that run?
