Was just going to mention this. Yeah, I'm in. It'll be easier than the SiP club since the Uber Alles edition of Stray Bullets has page numbers, which the SiP omnibus does not.

Well, I have done it. I read through the AvX Companion Omnibus my friend dumped on me when he was downsizing during a move. I was expecting to pass it along since it's huge, but there's juuuuuuuust enough quality in there that I feel I need to keep it. Like, the Wolverine and the X-men stuff is a wash since I already have that in its own Omnibus. Then there's the Uncanny X-men stuff which I've read before but don't own, which has the Sinister stuff that I recall being fun. And then there's New Avengers and X-men Legacy which had solid stuff, the later especially. The Avengers, Secret Avengers, and Avengers Academy (though I guess the Iron Giant-y stuff was okay) were the kind of bleh crap I was expecting out of this thing.

Also, I realize now that despite having read this thing and the AvX hardcover a while back (which I don't own but was loaned), I never read that apparently stupid Iron Man vs Magneto fight. Huh.

I'm a slow reader... I only kept up for about 3 days. Gotta savor that Katchoo/Francine/David goodness!

I can totally handle 1 issue a day for Stray Bullets, though.

Hobgoblin & Carnage. The Magneto throughline is good, but you should be reading that anyway.

I'm going to try and catch up on my "new" issue CMX backlog. Ie comics that have recent discount that I follow monthly. I'm going to try and read 40 issues in a weekend. Surprisingly this doesn't include my MU weekly reading or marvel comics as I'm caught up there.

Here goes nothing!

CMX still needs to work on that draw, though. Met some people in the target demo who didn't know what it was. Marketing campaign outside of book adverts needs to happen with that Amazon $$$

Stray Bullets was always slated to be next. The talk for after SB included Nausicaa and X-Statix so far.

As for Copra, I'll be getting the trade from IST next time I put in an order... probably when IMAGE FINALLY DECIDES TO RELEASE THE THIRD CASANOVA HARDCOVER THAT THEY KEEP DELAYING.

If you're concerned about spoilers from those runs then just read them beforehand. If you really want to go back further then read Miller's stuff.
