So far 3 eyewitnesses have come forward. All with the same story. Brown was surrendering with hands in the air and was gunned down.
Don't let whether Brown is a good or bad guy or whatever change the facts that we have at this point.
As though "this dude shoved a dude once" is enough to make someone a "bad guy" anyway.
But the way I see it that footage of Brown is relevant because it makes claims the officer received some kind of "facial injury" more credible.
That's tremendously prejudicial though. One incident hardly establishes a pattern of behavior.
