Nope, I like the combat system of the second game and like that it doesn't take itself so seriously.Compile Heart/Idea Factory and Imagepooch, saviors of the Japanese and JRPG gaming scene
You aren't gonna play FFX? Just X-2?

Aaand Dave is banned. Don't do anything stupid, guys.
It will probably be a year or more before we start getting retail games on plus. Still worthwhile though.
Okay...?
yeah, but how do we even know that's going to be the case?
am i doing this right?
I wasn't complaining about getting Digital/Retail games. I was complaining about Sony not saying anything about the Vita version of Dead Nation they announced 7 months ago :l
Since psn isn't going to sell FF X/X-2 separately, I ordered the retail version so I can just sell or trade X. Why would anyone want the first one?

"You can shoot and loot through Pandora with up to three of your PS Vita-toting friends via Infrastructure online play, and you can also cross save your progress with your PS3. As an added bonus, Borderlands 2 for PS Vita includes six downloadable content (DLC) packs: Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty, Mr. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage, Psycho Character Class, Mechromancer Character Class, Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 1 and the Collector’s Edition Pack."I like you.
Borderlands 2 Vita is launching in a few weeks and we still haven't seen video nor do we know if any of the DLC is cross buy, if the games are cross save, or what's even included in the VIta version.
SCEA. C'mon, Flandy.

Think I heard it's missing one of the DLCs?
Y'know, I think I'm insulted by the Back to Origins leves in Legends. I was thinking about why they're even there... and then I realized the probable answer... since the game was designed for Wii U with Murfy and co-op in mind, they felt like they needed to add some non-murfy content for ps3/x360/pc... and so they just grabbed a chunk of the levels from Origins, loaded them into Legends, made a few tweaks here and there to fit them in and slapped them into the game as "BONUS" content.
Sounds like it's missing at least one of the main campaign dlcs (Tiny Tina).

This is low budget game designed to be profitable at low amount of copies sold.
And you're insulted because...?
All I never finished was the Origins level remakes. Think I did the first two worlds of them. That and the daily challenge trophies.
If I hadn't platinum'd Origins in a marathon already, I probably wouldn't have felt fatigue by the time I got to those.
I'm in the "Murphy levels were fine" camp... it's kinda cool that only WiiU and Vita offer that experience, and after it + LBPV I kinda dig touch-augmented platforming. Those are the only examples I have though... it could be done better or worse, respectively.
That, and I don't see Sir Hammerlock's Big Game Hunt either. But compared to TTAODK, that's a low priority.Sounds like it's missing at least one of the main campaign dlcs (Tiny Tina).
It can be if you let it.Is it Tuesday yet?

Everyone who buys the retail version of FFX/X-2HD gets a download code for X-2. You can probably find someone who is selling the code separately.Oh, they're not going to sell FFX-2 separately? Meh! Only was planning on buying X-2 digital on Vita since I enjoyed it more than X.
But I need to buy a $20 PSN card first in preparation for Tuesday
You never hear this much hate about Rayman Legends from owners of the Wii U version. I don't know if they're just more open about different styles of play or what, but it seems like all I ever hear is hate from owners of Vita version. I absolutely LOVED it. I understand if you don't care for the Murfy levels, but to just outright hate them and make them a point of contention for months astounds me. I thought it was great to have the Back to Origins levels there, too. It has like 80% of Rayman Origins, with the new art style and new twenties to collect, just outright included with the game. Its amazing to me! It gave me an excuse to replay those awesome levels, and they still felt a little fresh.
The non-Murfy levels (over 70% of the main campaign) are amazing, varied, and more open-ended than Origins. The music levels were genius and an absolute blast. The challenge mode gives you new ways to hone your platforming skills every day. The 28 Invasion stages give your skills the ultimate test, in short but outstanding bursts.
I LOVE THIS GAME. Its one of my favorite games ever, Murfy levels or not.
Well if you're not ready, Tuesday can also be another day.But I need to buy a $20 PSN card first in preparation for Tuesday
All the negativity about the Murphy levels turned me off from buying the Vita version. Now that I'm playing it on PS4 (friend let me borrow it) all I want is to play it on a Vita lol. Will pick it up down the line.

Don't let it turn you off - they do suck, but are bearable, and the new Legends levels really are great fun. I loved Origins, and whilst I think Legends is not as good, it is still a solid game, and the music levels are genius

It's crossbuy.
Edit: also, yes you'll get both versions.
The music levels seem like they're just the equivalent of the Treasure chase levels to me. I don't get the "genius" part of it, I guess... sure, the music syncs up so if you get in the rhythm they're a bit easier and forgiving...
But when you'er talking about the music levels are you talking about the 5 or so that are well done or are you including the disaster that encompasses the 8-bit version of the levels?
Are you sure? Since someone on the sale thread commented that we will get *only* the specified version, which is the PS3.
Bonus! Thomas Was Alone and Lone Survivor: The Directors Cut are Cross-Buy titles, so youll get both the PS3 and PS Vita versions of those games.

As well, there is precedent for giving out both versions, they did so with Knytt Underground, Retro City Rampage and Hotline Miami. Unless of course, this varies from region to region. But if you have NA Plus I think it's pretty much guaranteed.

Fuck the 8-bit Legends levels with a big, rusty mace. Obscuring my view with silly visual effects does not a challenging level make. Such a disappointment, getting 400 Teensies to open up a new world only to find it has one level. No wonder they had to pipe in 75% of Origins.

Only with preorder? Well the shipping is only... wat!?
The 64GB memory card is the best decision I ever made.
So I officially have a Vita :'). Have Tearaway with it. P4G still hasn't arrived yet from amazon. Will be looking to get Ys, Dangonrompa & FFX/ X-2 next month.
Woooooo!! UPS just updated the shipping for my Vita...it'll be here tomorrow!
Was originally Monday.
This is good news.
Is this legit Borderlands 2 vita footage? (first 15 seconds)
