Future gets better, as they're likely immortal to a degree and can have indefinite time(probably some way to die but not easy with future healthcare and defenses).
Also since this is virtual pee, the ability to pee unlimited time is possible, like a fountain that never stops, and the ability to drink indefinitely is also possible, as it is nonphysical the ability to control sensation of thirst, increasing or decreasing it is possible.
And that is not all, theoretically you could have erections that last for hours, without complications in VR. If you were to engage in days or months of nonstop every waking hour sex outside of sleep, you and your partners sex organs would likely experience severe damage in the real world. But in VR you can eventually control hornyness, attraction, etc and spends years having sex nonstop outside of sleep with zero damage.
