Dark Souls

The sequel to the best game this generation. I'm expecting it to be the best game of all time.

Akai Katana Shin

Cave's latest shooter. Very excited to finally play this, since I always thought everything about it looked awesome. Great soundtrack too, probably going to be the best one of the year.

It only took Atlus 5-6 years to jump into the current generation, but I'm glad they finally did.

Yakuza 4

Hopefully it's better than Yakuza 3!

I'll probably get Mortal Kombat too, and everything else Cave puts out. Maybe Duke Nukem Forever as well. And lots of XBLA games, such as Clash of Heroes HD, Dishwasher, Nin2 Jump, Strania, Radiant Silvergun, Bangai-O, Trouble Witches... I could go on.

Oh and I'll get Eschatos once I can afford it. And I'll get The Witcher 2 if I buy a new PC this year.

Everything else is a rental/buy on sale.

1. Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword!

Ocarina 3DS Almost any small addition would make this the best version of the best game I've ever played.
Last Guardian: Hope it is worth the wait
Ico/SotC PS3: Classic titles that are unfortunately hard to play.
Batman Arkham City: Really surprised by the first, hope the second keeps the focus and feels like Batman again
Uncharted 3: Great game, greatest graphics. Can't wait to see where in the world we go this time.

This might be the best year in recent history for my favorite genre, what used to be called Action/Adventure games

Also: Dark Souls, but only after I put enough time into Demon's Souls
