Also, did anyone play the knew Sandtrap variant? Offense, Defense CTF with only the offense having an Elephant? It was a ton of fun and added a completely new take to the map.

It was a happy accident. I think it only worked because we ran into the two of them when neither could shoot - one was carrying the bomb, the other driving. So they had a few moments to wonder why a Ghost and three guys on foot were not shooting them before they jumped out of the 'hog. If they ran into that pack on foot I'm sure grenades would have been tossed, someone would shoot back and the truce would have been off like a bride's nightie, as Tieno described.

I didn't get to play that Sandtrap variant, sadly. I hadn't considered what only one Elephant on the map would do to chang it up - sounds awesome.

I'm sure 2 Elephants is all we're going to get on a map.

A more important question is, When will we get another map that can have Elephants placed on them?

Yeah, but can we choose whether to have 2, 1 or 0? I can't remember if there was the option for that built in.

I enjoy the game that is Halo 3 it is pretty fun, there are a few glitches I would like them, but they still owe me the 3 levels and epic ending that Halo 3 should of had.

Just logging in now to try out BTB. Did send me a friends request a while back? I have some guy on my friends list named urk, but i don't know if it is you or not. And I've never seen you on-line.

He's been avoiding Halo 3 in anticipation of the bug.
 
I took a break from halo to play orange box and Psychonauts.

Halo is complete shit.

I went into the lobby, had to mute half my team (the only ones who had mics) then went on to lose the game 50 to 100.

Also, fuck all of you.

Well yes there is, I keep track of it, I never really posted it in this thread, cuz I figured I would keep it in the matchup forum.

Exactly! Give it a add if you want, and I will go accept it right now.

EDIT: I don't need to brag, but so far I have 37 games played with only 2 games lost in doubles. =)

I'm real sorry guys, didn't mean for the false alarm. I meant to send that as a prepared response to max_pl, and I copy+pasted the wrong thing. I (almost) sent him my thoughts on BTB, instead of posting them, while I posted that instead of sending it to him:

Recently, Bungie hasn't been announcing/showing the maps until right before release. That was the case with the last Halo 2 maps (announced a week before release) and the Heroic Map Pack (announced what, two weeks before release?). With a timeframe of "spring" I think it's more likely that we'll hear more details about the patch/update to the game, if anything.

That's my hunch/hope/dream.
