Finally got Halo 3, and man is this game boring. Made it all the way up to undead Tartarus and turned the system off in disgust. Shame, Bungie, shame. Still can't believe the Arbiter was Deepthroat, but it makes sense if you pay attention to Halo 2.
On a more serious note, with less than 23 hours to go until H-day, I wonder if Legendary is enough for 4 hardcore players. Maybe one day Bungie will give us a couple of higher difficulties;

Marathon - Same harkening. Heroic with one (1) life (with a twist) and no saves or checkpoints, ever. The twist is that with more than one player, the survivor who makes it to where the next checkpoint should be would trigger revivals of any dead players.
This could totally work. I'm cereal.
